Hotel la Torre Spa & Restaurant

Stayed at hotel for 7 days. I'm a tour driver and this hotel is immense food fantastic relaxed atmosphere. Lovely town. close to several ski resorts staff are amazing I could go on but you get my review 5 star more if I could

The hotel staff were very accommodating on our arrival after we had had our prior booking with another hotel cancelled at short notice. We were moved to a more suitable room at no extra cost. All the people we came into contact with were friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and the main bar and breakfast area spacious with good views. Overall a very positive experience !

Excellent hotel and great staff!

Positive points:
- spacious and comfortable room
- varied and delicious food
- helpful and respectful staff (Sonia and Francesco from the restaurant were amazing, also Ioana from the restaurant reception was helpful and welcoming, always smiling)
- ski lockers available outside the hotel, frequent free shuttle bus to the slopes and spa near the hotel

Negative points:
- water not included in the room
- sometimes a bit noisy after 12am, the hotel staff should put more emphasis on the silence at night

Overall the entire experience was very good. Thank you to all the staff :)

We just popped up for sleeping and to be fair the room was comfortable especially the bed , yes probably not the newest hotel but does its job. Service very friendly

Lovely hotel featuring a lobby / bar area with amazing views of the mountains, helpful staff, tasty breakfasts, good size rooms, warm showers and the fridge in our room was a welcome surprise.

The short walk to the main town and its shops and restaurants was easy - no big uphill climbs etc - and the hotel runs a free bus to the ski lifts throughout the day (and the driver was brilliant: he always helped with the loading and unloading of skis and drove safely on the icy roads).

All in all, a super stay at the Hotel la Torre and so we're tempted to return next year. Ciao!

ICONIC EXPERIENCE for our first ski-weekend!
Very elegant building, attention to details, and amazing view from our room!!! Breakfast was simply WOOOW, never found anything similar! Congrats!
STAFF: extremily gentle, and smiling!
FOOD: amaziing!
ROOMS: comfortable, and well renovated
SKI SERVICE: just downstairs, and free spots for over night ski-parking, Driver to the slopes SO GENTLE!

Nice quirky hotel. Staff very helpful and food excellent. Hotel runs a minibus to lifts and back in the afternoon. Rooms very warm and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Positief:
Iedereen is heel vriendelijk en het eten is geweldig. Ook de shuttleservice vanuit het hotel van en naar de Sportinia lift, werkt super.
De kamers zijn voor Italiaanse begrippen redelijk ruim. De badkamer is schoon en het water van de douche is op alle momenten van de dag heet.
Dat is geen vanzelfsprekendheid als iedereen na het skiën onder de douche stapt.
Alles wat je aan dingetjes doorgeeft aan de receptie (kapotte lampjes, geen koffie/thee faciliteiten op de kamer, bedden opgemaakt als "2-persoons" ipv apart) wordt dezelfde dag geregeld. Vaak zelfs binnen een uur!
Via het hotel korting op de skipas, waardoor het zelfs nog voordeliger is dan vooraf online kopen.
Er is een grote lounge met een goede hotelbar.
Aan het eind van de dag worden er hapjes voor de gasten neergezet.

Het is een zeer vriendelijk skigebied.
Wij konden vanwege de weersomstandigheden maar 1 dag naar Sestrière, maar ook als je in Sauze d'Oulx moet blijven, is er voldoende te skiën.
Als je van luxe liften houdt met bubbles, verwarmde zittingen of minimaal dat het liftpersoon snel even de sneeuw van de zitting veegt, is het misschien niet jouw gebied.

Wat minder:
De kamers hebben geen balkons, dus buiten even skispullen uit laten wasemen is er niet bij.
Er is wel een grote richel waar je eventueel drank koud kunt laten worden.

Er wordt geadverteerd met spa/wellness en een speciale regeling voor hotelgasten.
Die speciale regeling is dat je €18 ipv €20 moet betalen voor 2 (twee!) uurtjes die je ook nog vooraf moet reserveren.
Dat is én veel te duur voor een hotelsauna, zou gratis moeten zijn voor gasten, en reserveren is niet handig omdat je niet weet hoe de dag gaat lopen.
Bovendien ligt de Wellness niet in maar naast het hotel en is ook niet binnendoor te bereiken.

Het hotel is zeer geschikt voor grote groepen kinderen, wat iets minder is als je niet van grote groepen kinderen houdt die de gangen als speelplaats gebruiken.

Ho soggiornato 5 giorni presso l'hotel la Torre ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. Un plauso particolare al maître Paolo e ai suoi ragazzi per la grande professionalità e cortesia. I camerieri ci hanno coccolati e hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Complimenti a tutti ed in particolare alla dolcissima Andrea. Il cibo molto buono e con scelta considerevole .Le camere pulite e molto molto calde ,l'unico neo la moquette un loro rinnovamento non guasterebbe. Molto valido il servizio navetta per le piste gestito dal signor Sorin ,una persona gentile e disponibile . Torneremo sicuramente presso questa struttura
