Caribe Bay

Nice park, all well organized. 5 shows during the day - some are really great entertainment. Nice kids area however to take advantage of the entire water park I think it's more for children over the age of 10. Parking 5 EUR/day. It would also be better if it were open at least until 8 p.m.

We had the pleasure of visiting Caribe Bay again yesterday and I can confidently say that it was an incredible experience! From the thrilling rides to the beautiful surroundings, this water park truly exceeded my expectations. What made my day even more enjoyable was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Alexa from the front desk.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the friendly and helpful staff at Caribe Bay. When I needed to rebook my sun umbrella, Alexa went above and beyond to assist me. Her remarkable cooperation and positive attitude made the process smooth and hassle-free. She patiently addressed all my inquiries, ensuring that my day at the water park was nothing short of perfect.

Throughout the day, the staff continued to impress me with their attentiveness. They were always readily available to answer questions, provide directions, and ensure that guests were having a fantastic time. Their genuine enthusiasm and passion for customer service were evident, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. It was clear that the staff at Caribe Bay truly cared about the satisfaction of their visitors.

The water park itself was a delight to explore. The various slides and attractions offered a thrilling and refreshing experience for individuals of all ages. I particularly enjoyed the pristine surroundings and well-maintained facilities. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure cleanliness and safety for all guests.

Beautiful water park, nice slides and great theming everywhere you go. Staff is nice and speak English so if you can't speak Italian they can talk to you in English. Multiple cool shows during the day and amazing food. My favorite water park I have visited so far.

Do yourself a solid and DO NOT MISS IT if you are spending your holiday nearby. This park is so well put together! It's enjoyable for anyone, for any age. You can find pools, attractions and slides fitting the theme, but please note, that most of the slides require more than one person, which was sad news for me...
You can scan the QR code on the map which will show you, where you can find each food and also the prices.
There were so many people, but if you pay attention, to not to stand in the longest lines (for slides for example) it won't bother you a bit. You can rent a 2 sunbed unit, if you want, but there are areas for those who want to lie on their own blankets and suntents.
There are 4 (or 5?) free shows with acrobats and real showmen! Not the most important thing you come for, but can certainly spice up your day.
The crew was so nice and helpful! And even dressed to the park/theme. The park was clean, the sand was soft, and the plants were real.
Definitely want to come back later!

A superb amusement park for a family. A bit of everything and all attractions inside free of charge.
Two comments:
Read the fine print when buying tickets online - if you come within 6 days, you'll need to pay the extra fee to the normal ticket price.
The other thing is inside. You need to wait for 10am for the team to open the access to the park. At that time go and reserve a spot with an umbrella, two sun beds and a safe for your wallet and the phones. We didn't know and ware almost without one.

Fantastic premises make you feel that you are on an island. Large pools and activities combined with small restaurants and sun-bets will satisfy everyone.

One day at this waterpark is not enough! 10/10 ! We are looking forward to visit you again Caribe Bay!😊

Fantastic place to enjoy the summer sun, nice food, white sands, lots of places to eat, make sure to get water with you as water and drinks are very expensive, fabulous rides, very clean. The best thing is that you can rent umbrellas with a safe, or lockers. Make sure you go in the morning, we went at 12.30 pm and they said they are full, and no more people were allowed in the waterpark, umbrellas go very quickly too, by 10.00 am there are no umbrellas available.
Upon entry you get a rubber band, you can pay everywhere with it, at the end of the day you pay your bill before exit.
The rides get quite busy at times, the wave pool goes once every hour. Make sure you don't miss the lazy river, we loved it!!! They also have shows, check the times before going in, have fun!!!

We love it,I went with my parents and my uncles ,we had a great time with the pools and the water slides, it was incredible the adrenaline that we got from jumping from the highest water slide that Caribe Bay offers for all visitors, which is the highest in Europe, 33 meters!

The perfect place to spend the whole day in extreme summer temperatures. The attractions are very diverse, there’s spaces for kids, teria de adults. Several options of food and drink. You can storage your stuff in a locker for $5. They also have an external area for parking for $5,00. I think it is the best water park in the region.

This is a tourist entertainment center. Fake but very well made. The sand and the palms add a very nice vibe. Food choices are rather fast food than fine Italian cuisine. Expect around 30 minutes waiting time for the big rides and no waiting at the kids rides which is great. The new pirate Bay for kids is very fun. A very fun place for a day's visit

Lovely water park with lots of rides spent all day here and they put on shows throughout the day plenty of umbrellas and food outlets and you can hire lockers too

In Italy for a 2 week holiday staying around half an hour away from caribe bay. Booked a day for our last full day (today) absolutely fantastic!!! Didn't seem like we were in Italy we all thought we were in the Maldives or somewhere similar. We all had a fantastic time and wish we had a couple of day left to have another day. 100% recommend worth every single penny or cent. I would advise booking a sunlounger with security locker. Can't wait to come back for another day of heaven!

It is a great water park, where you can find many different kind of attractions, three swimming pools (one with waves too), many waterslides and one of them is one of the highest of Europe. In the park you can rent the parasol and two sunbeds, find many kind of food, restaurants and kiosks. You can pay everything with the bracelet you're given at the entrance. There is a big part for children and families, with some pools and slides for them. There are also some free shows during the day. The attractions are marked as easy, intermediate and extreme so you can always know what kind of emotion you will feel. It is better to go in couple or in four people as you have to go down the slides in two or four people.

The best place I've ever been! Everything was super beautiful and organized. Unfortunately, one day was not enough for everything, so many attractions, and it was even more exciting for the child!

We visited Caribe Bay twice, both times for an entire day. It is a beautiful park with a lot of fun slides, mostly with inflatables. The staff is nice and the shows were good. The payment system with the bracelets is really convenient. We advise other visitors to only rent the beds. We had to pick up our valuables at the desk, since the locker opened without us knowing about it. Luckily everything was there.

Great aquapark to go with family. The kids could go on most atractions with an adult. All the umbrellas are payable, so the in not much free space. We like the sand in one of the pools. During the summer there is a line at all atractions. There is no family discounts, so price it's a little big huge for 5 people for one day.

Wonderful day, so many interesting things, amazing shows for children and also adults. Should buy the ticket online or at the hotel, cheaper and don't have to wait to long on the queue, bring your own food. The price is hight but you don't have to pay for any game there so it's worthy.
