Hotel Hopps

Fantastic experience! We were well taken care of, especially by the travel advisor ANNA MARIA. Look out for her she’s a gem! Good selection of food.. they have a separate area to the common canteen where they serve fresh pizza and burgers, which is defo worth it! And it’s included in your package (half board…). It’s a clean space, family friendly, and have some decent entertainment. Pool is nice and spacious, with lots of pool beds so you should be good :) Just watch out though, the beach itself isn’t right behind the hotel (at least not swimmable ones), so worth getting a car because it’s about 15mins drive. Palermo is about 1.5 hrs away, but the hotel have excellent excursions that will take you to the city. You also got plenty more excursions for decent prices like mini cruises (island hopping, erice… For more info I’d recommend speaking to Matteo or Anna Maria.

Stayed here with my husband and children August 2020 for 4 nights. Had the most fantastic stay! The pool is so clean and well attended, lifeguard on duty during pool opening hours. The staff are friendly and welcoming and helped with anything we asked, they all speak really good English. The entertainment team, Rudi, Frederica and Marco especially go above and beyond to make it fun and enjoyable day and night. The food was varied and delicious and the all inclusive drinks certainly do the job! We have had the most amazing time here and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel, delicious pizza, amazing staff! LEO is the absolute best! He’s very helpful and goes above and beyond. Happy we choose to stay here. Definitely recommend!

Whole stay in Hopps Hotel was amazing! Food, professionalism of the crew and what most important - animations! Khaled is the animator that everyone should be very grateful to have! Gave us so much energy during our stay that I couldn't even imagine, for sure it wouldn't be the same without him.
I can honestly say that staying in Mazara del Vallo in Hopps hotel was the best time I've had!

The hotel is well located in the nice city of Mazara de Vallo. The maintenance of the hotel is good, it is well cleaned and the staff is very friendly. The food is good.

This is a brilliant hotel. The staff are very friendly, the food is out of this world, and the rooms are very ncie. Although you have to pay 2€ per device for a day for WiFi, it's a brilliant place to getaway for a week or longer.

This was an amazing holiday thanks to the best animator of all, Khaled you have been wonderful and we will surely remember your energy and positivity! You have made our holiday!

Le sdraio della meravigliosa piscina di quest’hotel avranno preso le nostre forme… inutile dirlo, non ce ne saremmo mai volutii andare. Weekend che sicuramente ricorderemo e porteremo nel cuore. Pulizia della camera impeccabile, siamo rimasti molto sorpresi dalla precisione e attenzione ad ogni dettaglio delle ragazze! Si vede che è un hotel che cura ogni aspetto di ogni area. La ristorazione presenta un buffet abbastanza diversificato tra antipasti, primi e secondi, con l’opzione di scegliere anche la pizzeria nel caso qualcuno volesse gustarsi un’ottima pizza che consigliamo assolutamente. Piscina magnifica, grande e accompagnata da una più piccolina per i bambini. La sera un cantante ci ha tenuti compagnia deliziandoci con qualche canzone e in più è presente anche lo staff dell’animazione sia nelle ore diurne che verso sera. Che dire.. grazie!
