Hertz Autonoleggio - Comiso Airport

Wonderful experience! We had our flight rerouted from Catania to Comiso. We landed after Hertz business ours, however the very kind lady at the reception waited for us to give us the car we booked. Even if the original pick up location was in Catania.
Hertz should be proud of this young lady. Unfortunately I don't know her name.

We've rented cars there several times and have been very happy with the cars and the service.
We highly recommend booking cars with full coverage. You'll never have any discussions about scratches and damages. Unfortunately there are many agencies offering attractive prices without any coverage, or only with liability insurance. Take a closer look when booking and you'll be able to enjoy a vacation without any extra charges.

Excellent service. Signora Marisa (Shift Leader) went out of her way to help us with an issue that we had with the car we hired. We look forward to using Hertz again in Comiso.

Pay attention to the location--it is not actually at the airport and you will have to know the address to find. We were nervous that there would be some extra charge, but all seems OK. They brought sunglasses and a charger back to the airport because we left them in the car, which I appreciate!

Fantastically helpful staff, going out of their way to chase up an item I had left behind. Quick faultless service and very friendly with it. Well done.

Siamo atterrati a Comiso invece di Catania . Ci siamo sentiti persi. Taxi chiedevano cifre assurde . Autobus inesistenti. Per fortuna che abbiamo trovato là hertz . Sono stati disponibilissimi e preparato. Ci hanno risolto tutti o problemi in in 10 minuti. Noleggio auto , consigli su dove andare per passare qlc ora .
Davvero predatori così se ne trovano pochi. Poi la titolare Marisa e di una gentilezza e professionalità irripetibile . Grazie siete stati come un oasi nel deserto. Siete invitati nel Cilento. Quando volete chiamatemi. Alessandro .

Uitstekende ervaring mee. Op het vliegveld stond men al klaar met een bordje Hertz en vanaf daar werden we naar een busje gebracht vlak voor de luchthaven. Bagage werd ingeladen en vrij snel kwam een tweede familie en toen gingen we rijden. Het is slechts enkele minuten vanaf het vliegveld. Aangekomen op de locatie stond de auto klaar en hoeven we alleen nog wat administratie te doen. Binnen 5 minuten reden we al weg. Let wel even heel goed op dat alle schades goed vermeld staan. De Sicilianen hebben een hele andere rijstijl dan in Nederland en de kans op een aanrijding is zeer groot. Bijna iedere auto op Sicilië heeft wel krassen of deuken en dat hoort er daar gewoon bij. Ik was blij dat ik een huurauto had en niet mijn eigen auto. Man, man... wat heb ik in een week me toch vaak verbaasd over de rijstijl daar.

De auto was nieuw, volgens mij houden ze ze maar 1 seizoen en schaffen ze in april weer nieuwe aan. Ondanks dat er nog maar een paar honderd kilometer op de teller stond, zaten er al 2 flinke deuken in. Hij werd keurig netjes schoon geleverd met volle tank.

Het inleveren ging ook uitstekend. Ze gaan al om 7:30 uur open en ook dan word je weer met een busje op het vliegveld afgezet. De medewerkers waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Tip: neem zeker een goede all-risk verzekering met een zo laag mogelijke eigen bijdrage. Als er dan iets gebeurd heb je het minste gedoe.

En date du 5 mai 2017, nous avons atterri à l'aéroport de Comiso avec beaucoup de retard...il était donc un peu plus de minuit quand nous avons rencontré les agents de chez HERTZ. Je voudrais signaler que malgré l'heure tardive et notre légère nervosité due à la fatigue, nous avons eu droit à un super accueil, un service irréprochable, une prise en charge rapide et tout ça avec le sourire!!! Même chose pour le retour, impeccable!! Un grand merci à ces agents et surtout bravo pour le service!!!

Habe mehrere Male ein Auto bei Hertz Comiso angemietet, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, es gibt auch eine deutschsprachige Mitarbeiterin. Autos immer pünktlich zur Stelle, sauber und in Ordnung. Optimal!

staff meraviglioso gentili cordiali e professionali anche se siamo arrivati di sera tardi abbiamo trovato servizio eccellente , sorriso in bocca e voglia di darci il servizio al meglio come HERTZ MERITA. consiglio vivamente a tutti i clienti e contraddico tutte le recinsioni negative assolutamente non vere GRAZIE STAFF DI HERTZ OCMISO APT- A PRESTO.
