Al Verde Hotel & Ristorante

Wonderful, quaint, warm and very friendly staff make this hotel a must-stay. Nestled in the woods above a river, it is a peaceful and beautiful spot just a couple miles above the shore of Lake Como. Restaurant is excellent and lots of parking. Be prepared for a tricky turn down into the hotel parking lot, but once you do it, it's totally easy.Highly recommend it!!!

An absolute beauty of a place to stay. The views are incredible. As was the food! Lovely and welcoming staff. We visited during the heatwave, touring on our motorbike and was greeted by the lady at reception with a cold bottle of water.
The food was freshly made and the service was great.
The hotel is out in the sticks but I would highly recommend visiting for the views and the food!

Superb! Lovely family run restaurant / hotel, off the beaten track but well worth the effort if you're looking for peace and quite and excellent food.

The cuisine is 1st class but very reasonably priced, and the staff are attentive hard and working.

English and German spoken. Apparently they also have a function suite for weddings/parties/meetings etc.

Stayed with family for a night on our travels. Good restaurant menu and breakfast selection. Bit tricky to find and navigate the incline to location. Overall good place.
