Delicious food and very friendly helpful staff. Indeed, some of the best food on our trip through Italy. They embody the "slow food" ethic of seasonal food ethically produced but do so with wonderful results.

Excellent menu, if you know food THIS is the place to have it! And if you’re feeling extra decadent and the season is right, you can add white truffle shavings to your meal. Food is cooked with attention and love, all sourced locally, same goes for their wine selection. Simply excellent, quintessential Italian dining. The customer service is on point, even if you don’t speak a word of Italian, it’s all forgiven with the host making you feel right at home. Thank you Stefano, you truly made our day.

Guasco is a lovely bar with great people working there. They speak English and a bit German. The Caffè is on a tiny square with a great church nearby. I would recommend this place if you're nearby.

This place is an absolute gem.
Let me explain some bad reviews: I assume the owner serves the food. He takes a lot of time for every customer, explains the menu, recommends wine, checks if everything is fine. You have to be patient if you go to this place. It is slow kitchen at its finest.
The food is fantastic and the vine is perfect. Enjoy the wonderful piazza, have a nice talk with your friends, family or spouse and eat slowly :) It is worth the time.

I celebrated my birthday there with about 15 people and everything was great. Perfect organisation, wonderful context and very sophisticated choices for food and drinks. All these things with reasonable prices. I recommend this bar for an authentic experience in the historical centre of Ancona.
