Belvedere

We honestly did not know what to expect when booking this hotel. We booked it last minute and came to Montecatini for 2 days. We are so happy we did end up here.

Starting from the moment we checked in until we checked out, the whole staff was super hospitable and friendly- and were always available at any hour of the day/night. The service is stellar, there is lots of options for food at the hotel, and the bar stays open till very late at night. The rooms are very good (we booked the traditional suite), very clean, and the ac worked perfectly in the room (we were there during a heat wave). The gardens of the hotel are lovely and the space outdoors is nice.

The only negative was that you need to check your bill at the end of your stay because they charged us many things twice or 3x when we only had it once/ there were mistakes in the bill. They mentioned they will reimburse us with the money for the things they wrongly charged when we brought it to their attention so it was handled well. The other thing we did not like was the massage, not recommended as a service.
Overall we had a really good time and the staff was flexible.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything so nice as the city of montecatini Terme with beautiful nature, nice trees and fantastic weather. my best memory of the hotel was when we just entered our room , tired and exhausted after long way and saw a complimentary dish of fruit sooo delicious both the fruit and such act of Hotel.

From the moment I arrived, wonderful Daisy and the staff, more like a welcoming family, greeted me with genuine smiles and ensured every aspect of my stay was impeccable. Their attentiveness and genuine care set the tone for an unforgettable experience. They went above and beyond to accommodate my asks and give me personalized attention with the Vitaliter program so that I could benefit from all aspects of it.

The spa itself was a haven of serenity, and the therapists’ attention to my needs catered to both the body and soul. The yoga and Pilates classes, held in tranquil settings of the hotel background provided a perfect opportunity to reconnect with myself and find the peace I was looking for.
Throughout my stay, I felt nourished not only by the exquisite food prepared by an excellent chef and catered by wonderful waiters and wellness offerings, but also by the genuine connections formed with the staff. Whether sharing stories over a leisurely dinner or finding solace in their wellness program, every interaction felt meaningful and enriching.

In conclusion, my time at this hotel spa left me feeling revitalized, and grateful for the memories created in this idyllic Italian town.

A wonderfully tasteful stay at Palazzo Belvedere. The palazzo has been transformed into a haven with stylist decor while retaining some unique architectural features. Our stay turned into a true wellness escape when we had our spa treatments which were thoughtfully personalised and carried out by the most skilled and kind therapists (both my husband and I had close to a spiritual experience!). Food was done with thoughts and care before being served in a grand ballroom against the backdrop of Tuscany hills and classical music.
Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special and they did just that. It felt like we were welcomed to spend time at a family (grand!) home.
We walked away couldn’t be happier, with one regret that we wished we stayed longer. Thank you Belvedere and we look forward to our return.

Where do I start , very easy location to arrive at. On arrival our luggages were taken and we were led to a relaxing place for a drink meanwhile they were taking copies of our documents, then we arrived at our room it was fabulous everything was perfect 😍,
We spent 3 nights in this hotel, the restaurant was also perfect but I think the prices were a bit high. There’s were so many things and activities you could do have swimming in the pool , gym, sauna , hydro massage and so many more. I really like it because of the tranquillity it provides. Clients services were also ultimate they were always available for anything at any time . 5 star merited, I would surely return and highly recommend this place. And yes parking is also free. Well done 💯

Charming outside terrace with greenery and comfy lounges. We were welcomed with our dog and offered very tasty snacks & pizza alongside our cocktails! The hotel looks newly refurbished and the interior looks very elegant. This hotel is added to our must-visit list and we will definitely be back to enjoy the wellness vacation. This is a truly elegant, fancy, serious and very clean hotel. Thank you dear staff from reception, dear Angelo from restaurant who served us truly like a pro and to other staff members.

The food from the restaurant was a bit scarce sometimes at breakfast and missing vegetables and variety but I still give you 5 stars because you are all awesome guys, keep up the good work!

We had an amazing experience in this natural hotel. A superb dinner. High quality food in normal prices.
The design is super different in so many ways from many other places we saw (not only compared to italy).

Lovely couple’s weekend at Palazzo BelVedere 😍

I have just spent with my boyfriend
a wonderful weekend in this peaceful place. The hotel has been recently reopened after a great renovation. The atmosphere is speechless: 5 stars staff, 5 stars food and 5 stars rooms, everything is treated in detail.
Roberta, the Spa manager is super high skilled and we both did a massage on Sunday morning right after the breakfast! The perfect Sunday morning beauty retreat!!!
I really recommend Palazzo BelVedere to relax, immerse yourself in nature and be pampered by all the services that the hotel offers.

A one night booking turned into a week-long stay! Great staff, good location near the fonicolare, big public parking in front of the hotel, sauna, swinging pool and small gym.

Design in a historical building, optimal excellent service, friendly and professional, lovely big room even if I stayed there only one person, cool and relaxed atmosphere, pool, spa - can only reccomend a stay at Belvedere. Would definately return. Grazie. I give you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice and neat hotel. Big room with seperate bathroom and toilet. On a quiet street close to the center. Good food and nice staff, especially the waiters. The only minus was a lack of closet in the room.

Perfect. Dinner is great. But breakfast is every day the same. So I don't like that. But everything else is perfect
