One of the best food experiences I had in a while. Everything, from service to food to atmosphere, is simply perfect. The owner, Nicola, is so knowledgeable. Try out his champagnes (I know, this is the land of Barolo, but still…)

Crazy setting, incredible taste and an amazing service!!
I had the BEST steak of my life which was a veal fillet with a bed of sweet bread (very buttery) and apples, topped with foie gras and a side of carrot purée. “Filetto Accademico”. Highly recommend, you will be beyond impressed.

This place is a surprise at every turn, hidden away in an old building with fantastic art, glorious ceilings and flowing stairways.

The restaurant experience lives up to the opening scene.
Table service was excellent, we were told about how the meat was prepared, recommended wine and kindly explained the cheese board.

Over all it surpasses expectations and is an experience that i will definately have again.

I had the Menu Degustazione for lunch.
The food was of highest quality as was the wine. The highlight was the Veal Cheek for sure. It's so soft, it falls apart the moment you touch it.
Besides the food the service is very friendly and the location unique.

Outstanding, perfect, magical. This is what makes Italy so special and refined. If you want to surprise someone, don’t tell them where you are taking them and look at their reaction when you bring them up the palatial stairs. by the way, the food is also truly delicious, simple and yet refined. Traditional plates at their best. This is truly a place that every restaurant should learn from. I found it, by chance, thanks to the precious Michelin guide. You can never go wrong with them!

Lovely restaurant in the vast rooms of an historical palace, well researched wine list with solid choices from both the local area and abroad. The food is tasty and well presented and the price point is in line with the quality. I strongly suggest the visit!

What a special find in a fantastic little city. I found this restaurant on the Michelin app and it did not disappoint! I’ve dined here 3 times during my trip and may make a 4th stop before I leave. Ottimo!!! ✨

What a surprise, opening the door from the street. Such a beautiful building. The food was gorgeous and the chef explained, next to Italian, everyting in French and English. A real don't miss out!

Fantastic food and very nice service - we absolutely loved it and would go back in a heartbeat.... The food is marvellous and the location in this historic établissement is the cherry on top.

Hidden gem - if it weren't for two people going in ahead of us, we would have missed it. The location itself is enough to warrant 5 stars, but the incredible food and friendliness of the waiters certainly helped!
