Negozio molto bello merita di essere visitato

The owner is a very rude and unfriendly person! We sat on the steps next to her shop to have some ice cream after the kids had mastered the long hike from Monterosso to Vernazza. We haven’t blocked the entrance to her shop neither the sidewalk to the pharmacy. She still yelled at us and furiously poured water on the steps next to our three year old. The dresses actually looked quite nice and my wife would have loved to buy one. But, after this experience I can definitely not recommend to buy here. This is a disgrace for Italian culture and hospitality. Fortunately, after staying four nights in Cinque Terre and visiting many beautiful places this was the only bad experience we had.

Can I give this place zero stars?? Poked around in here with some friends while we were in vernazza. Asked how much the fans were (bit overpriced) and when we decided against them, the owner lady was INCREDIBLY rude, asked us if we were joking, if we thought it was funny to waste her time etc, and MADE US LEAVE THE STORE before looking around more. I thought she was joking at first because seriously? You’re a tourism hub shop, people are going to look around and touch things without buying them sometimes. Don’t give her your business for overpriced fans.

Very rude person with no interest in selling anything

La vendeuse est agressive et n’aime pas les clients. C’est la première fois que cela m’arrive et c’est choquant. Malgré les belles choses, je déconseille fortement.

Ich war heute in dem Laden und habe ein sehr schönes Kleid gesehen. Ich selbst habe im Verkauf gearbeitet und kenne daher unfreundliche Kunden, jedoch habe ich so eine unfreundliche Bedienung noch nie erlebt. Ich war sehr an diesem Kleid interessiert, aber als die Verkäuferin mich dann so unfreundlich angesprochen hat, habe ich mich umentschieden. Es tut mir sehr leid, dass die Einwohner nach Corona schon wieder Müde von den Touristen sind, aber Freundlichkeit im Verkauf ist das Wichtigste. Als ich das Kleid dann nicht kaufen wollte, kam „capito cazzo“. Ich bin ebenfalls der Meinung, dass dieser Shop 0 Sterne verdient hat… sehr schade!

Ich bin noch nie so unverschämt in einem Geschäft behandelt worden.
Wir haben freundlich nach dem Preis gefragt. Nachdem wir die Kette für 480 Euro nicht kaufen wollten, wurden wir auf Italienisch (Pardon, un cazzo) beschimpft.
Die.Dame ist wutentbrannt verschwunden.
So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt!

Vendeuse exécrable à la limite de l'agression ! Je n'ai jamais été confrontée à un tel comportement. Écoeurant.
