I ordered a birdbath from them and instead received a large decorative flat plate even though I had shown the owner the item i wanted. The cost was approximately $400 US. After numerous emails I was told to keep the plate at half price and they would send the birdbath. Now a year later and I still have\a plate I can't use, was never refunded half the cost and never received the original birdbath ordered. Also, they are no longer responding to my emails. Being in the retail business myself I recognize deplorable customer service when I encounter it. There are plenty of other ceramic shops in the area. Stay away from this one!!!
