Locanda Belvedere

We stayed here 2 nights in March in the off season and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was wonderful, room clean and quiet. I would highly recommend them and Stephano the host was great.

Almost every year we travel Form Germany to Castelnuovo to visit the hometown of a friend. And every time we come and eat at Locanda Belvedere.
The Service is very friendly and the food is amazing. Everybody is helpful, especially with the tasty wine selection.
The antipasti and primi piatti options are amazing and super tasteful! My father ate the bistecca di cinghiale con patate al forno and was amazed.

We will come back :)

I was here with a large group... It was years ago now, but that afternoon experience remains a great memory... We had something like 9 courses, each one incredible... Ah yes, how I wish it was just around the corner from home!

One of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a long time. Well worth every Euro cent spent here. Can highly recommend this restaurant if you’re ever in Molise. No matter where in Molise you may be, make an effort to go to this restaurant! You won’t be disappointed. Service was fantastic also. Everyone was very friendly.

We went to Locanda Belvedere for my birthday dinner, based on a local recommendation. All the courses were fantastic, including dessert. The portions were bigger, and the prices smaller than we expected. It was truly a delightful experience and we will be back!

Beautiful inn that overlooks the valley of the Volturno. The location is lovely and immersed in the beech forest surrounding the lake of Castel San Vincenzo. Cared room to stay, and very nice restaurant both for product quality (the chef is One of the best in the region) both for the local furniture that mixes sobriety sensations typical of family-run inns. I highly reccomend it.

Locanda perfetta, ai piedi delle Mainarde in una bellissima location poco fuori il paese per garantire tranquillità.
La locanda è molto bella e accogliente, anche le camere sono perfette.
Il proprietario molto gentile, disponibile, attento e premuroso verso il cliente.

Il ristorante si trova a circa due km dal lago di Castel San Vincenzo. La stradina per raggiungerlo è piuttosto stretta, una volta arrivati c'è un ampio parcheggio in mezzo al verde. Molto carino il locale con la possibilità di mangiare anche all'esterno (in base al periodo). Il menù comprende molti piatti a base carne. Noi abbiamo assaggiato i primi e secondi, entrambi buonissimi. Ottimo il servizio, rapido e cortese. Rapporto qualità prezzo fantastico. Vi consiglio di prenotare, soprattutto in giorni festivi. Complimenti allo chef Stefano ed a tutta la sua brigata.

Siamo stati qui a cena e devo dire che ci è piaciuto tutto. Posto un po' sperduto ma molto suggestivo...vale decisamente la pena addentrarsi.
Prodotti del posto di prima qualità, ad esempio il tagliere con la selvaggina dove c'era un salame di cinghiale buonissimo!!
Vasta carta di vini di ottima qualità. Allego una foto del vino che abbiamo preso, veramente OTTIMO.
Posto super consigliato, dove fare una cena di ottima qualità e a prezzi giusti.

Abbiamo trascorso il giorno di Pasquetta presso la locanda, non ci ero mai stato prima.
Diversi amici me ne avevano parlato bene e consigliato.
Incuriosito ho deciso di prenotare e ne sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto.
Posto tranquillo, ambiente familiare, personale professionale e cucina top.
