Da questa strada sterrata si può facilmente accedere alla Foresta della Parata, bisogna però essere naturalisti ben preparati e non avventurarsi perché sono stati reintrodotti i Lupi, i Cinghiali, inoltre vi sono numerose specie protette, le Faine, i Ricci, le Donnole, la Poiana, ....
La vegetazione comprende oltre alla rosa canina (nella foto che ho scattato) tantissime piante di notevole interesse scientifico.
