My husband and I stopped in to ask some general questions about Verona. The staff is sooooo friendly and helpful. They were a wealth of information!!

I am always impressed with how good some services are in Italy, and here was definitely perfect! A bit of queue when we entered - but we’ll understandable when we saw how nice they explain everything to each person. We also went for the Verona cards and we received detailed information about them, the guy who helped us was so nice!! Big, big like!

The staff is super nice and helps you pretty quickly! You can buy the Verona-Care here, which is simply a must if you plan on visiting lots of local sights. With the Verona-Card you get into most museums, cathedrals etc for 'free'..the card itself costs 20€ for 24hours or 25€ for 48 hours, saved us quite some money!

The staffs are very friendly and kind. They also speak good English. The explanation was given to us very clearly.
If you have the Verona card for 20€, you can see almost 95% of the touristic spots in Verona for 24hrs. With this card at some places you can also skip the line. The only place where you have to reserve a time slot is for the Juliet’s house and museum. We managed to do 6 locations on 24 hrs. All this 6 was recommended to us by the kind lady in the counter. Apart from these six, the rest are more or less the same. The best value is the 20€ for 24hrs, there are not a lot to see over this time period. Hence getting the 25€ card for 48hrs is not that necessary unless you want to take a lot of time in the museums for more detailed experience.

Very professional. We have arrived on Saturday to take our 24 hours Verona card at IAT Verona Tourist Information Office (we bought the ticket online using the GetYourGuide application, paid online). The office has opened at 9.00 pm as it was written. Once we entered, we have seen the different desks specialized for like GetYourGuide, Tiquets and general desk. A woman approached us and asked if we had our ticket from GetYourGuide. She was really open and we got our tickets in just 3 minutes. Her colleague in the meantime explained us how the card is working and we got a map of Verona with all relevant sightseeing objects. I can really recommend that you manage your bookings like that (get the Verona card online from GetYourGuide, take and validate it in that office). The Verona card in physical format can be used in many of the objects for free entry and for some where you can take reduced price. Important, that you have to first validate and take you ticket before go to the objects.

Very helpful despite being very busy. We had to go in twice during a recent short stay in Verona and the staff could not have been more welcoming or efficient. Perfect English spoken and information needed immediately at hand. One kind lady, who was leading a local walking tour, even took the time to show us exactly where the tourist bus stop was that we were seeking! Well done, Verona Tourist Information!

Very helpful staff with excellent English. The Verona Card for 20 Euros is definitely worth it if you plan on visiting most of the attractions included.

We needed help with bus info. Our Italian is minimal but lady was fabulous. Explained everything in detail and got our tickets there. Bardolino here we come.

Stuff was very kind and helpful. Speaks english and was even kind enough to print us a train schedule. If you need any kind of information about the city or transport, this the place!

Ideally located, in the old city walls. Staff are helpful, friendly, approachable, easy to understand, speak a few languages. Also a few minuets walk fro piazza bra, and easily to find with all the signposts.
