Would highly recommend investing in the Gelato University Course! Our tutor Joe had a wealth of knowledge and showed passion and enthusiasm throughout the course. I feel ready to start our new journey with lots of confidence and ideas. Thank you so much!

We participated in a Gelato for families course. If you book the course online ahead of time, and if you receive an email confirmation, then it shouldnt be any problem.

The course consisted of the museum tour and concluded with the activity. We had 3 and 7 yrs old kids and it was perfect foe for them. Not too long and boring, just the right time, and at the end, we got peach sorbet, and fior di latte gelato! Yummy! And we will try to make sorbet from home! Thanks to Francesca for the great organization.

I’ve just had one of the most amazing learning experiences of my life. It was a 4 hours online course with master Gianpaolo and it already feels like I’ve been gifted with knowledge enough to last a lifetime.

Great course for anyone that wants to learn about Gelato or open a Gelato shop. I did the full course including internship and highly advise it to anyone before they open a gelato business. Carpigiani also produce a very high quality of equipment that you learn on throughout the course.

Hey guys I'm going to be taking 4 week courses soon any suggestions on where to stay? What hotels did you stay at? Has anyone checked out any of the airbnbs ? Help!!!! I need advice. Thanks😀

Grande industria del gelato artigianale che accoglie la scuola per gelatai che vengono da tutto il mondo. Visitabile su prenotazione il bellissimo museo con guida sia in italiano che in inglese, con degustazione finale del gelato. Si può anche provare a prepararlo . Inoltre ti viene spiegata la storia del gelato e mostrate le famose macchine a mano e automatiche. Molto affascinante. Sconto sul biglietto d entrata con la tessera coop. Una piacevole sorpresa per me e mio figlio nella campagna di Anzola. Super consigliato per i golosi e curiosi.

Sono state due ore estremamente piacevoli importanti e arricchenti il vero valore aggiunto è stata Francesca la nostra guida che ci ha edotto sul gelato sulla storia dello stesso e sulle varie tipologie di gelato oggi esistenti.
Lo ha fatto con una passione una naturalezza e un'empatia unica è ammirevole.

Beh che dire poi del fare il gelato con le proprie mani???

Carino il museo del gelato, ci sono tante informazioni interessanti e attrezzature storiche. È affascinante scoprire la storia del gelato ed è ancora più divertente provare a realizzare il proprio gelato a mano, con le stesse tecniche usate secoli addietro.

Il museo Carpigiani, dove potrai trovare storia e tanta bontà. Sono andata a visitare questo edificio grazie a un open day dove due guide dividendo i vari gruppi ci hanno illustrato le vecchie macchine di un tempo e le nuove . Alla fine della visita vi hanno portato a prendere un gelato nel loro locale

Una rara realtà nel mondo industriale... una Università del Gelato aperta e seguita da un marchio storico italiano.
