Garbo Ristorante

Our friends in Firenze recommended us this place and it was just amazing. We ordered an antipasti, Fiorentina steak(this was 10/10) and for dessert we had classic tiramisu. We also had the best wine there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Myself and my Boyfriend went here for Valentine’s our last night in Florence it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The food was amazing! We had an older gentleman serving us and he was great he really made an effort with us and his English was really good! He made jokes and was genuinely just good humoured even though they were rushed off their feet! Would definitely recommend to a friend!

What a treasure just a block away from our hotel. We had to have our second Florentine steak, this time from the “white cows.” Our waiter was fantastic. “This plate hot. I touch. You don’t.” Ravioli with Bolognese sauce fantastic. Steak fantastic. Chocolate mouse divine. Amaro topped off the meal. Highly recommend.

Amazing food, very welcoming staff and a nice relaxing ambience!

I had the bistecca alla fiorentina which was delightful. I had been travelling Italy solo and it was my first night and meal in Firenze. Both Caesar and Bhadri were super helpful with suggestions for me and made sure I didn’t feel alone in the restaurant which was super nice.

Bhadri also made sure I was well fed watered with a free bruschetta and a limoncello shot to finish. A nice touch and signs of an experienced restaurant owner with good hospitality.

Highly recommended to try!

The food was nice but the portions aren't big (don't forget the thing about "primi piatti", "secondi piatti" etc.); if you're hungry, I'd advise you to order different dishes.
We had the gnocchi, which were tasty and not too heavy, the tiramisu was delish and the waiter was nice; overall, I'd recommend it!

It was an amazing experience to dine there. Servers were very kind and thoughtful, even greeted with my own language. I had great time having Florentine steak, mixed salads. I also had prosecco and Red Wine, Rosso di Montalcino, which is my favorite. They were awesome I could eat whole dishes and tons of wine. I finished with Zuccottino alla Florentina. It was the first time trying that one. It was really nice with double shots of espresso. I totally recommend this for you all I'd like to visit again and again for this fabulous restaurant with

I met some Italian friends at this restaurant. I didn't choose it, but the friend who did made a wonderful choice. The service was attentive and friendly but not obtrusive. We all agreed that our lunches were delicious. We had four different pastas and shared two orders of the asparagus souffle as an antipasto. We also each had dessert. Excellent food choice. Two of us had a limoncella as a digesstivo and I had a very good grappa. First time at Garbo but I will be back on another trip.

We love this restaurant. We have eaten here three times because the food is superb. Tonight we had asparagus soufflé with pecorino sauce and truffles. It really was to die for. Give Garbo a try, you will not be disappointed. If only we could bring this establishment home with us. There were three of us with wine, an appetizer, an entree and desert.

We came here for our last dinner in Florence, and it was amazing. The staff was funny and friendly, the food was delicious, and the portion sizes were perfect. The atmosphere was soft and romantic; perfect for the evening. We especially loved the Pici dish with Tuscan bacon. They were also understanding of allergies. We will absolutely return if we go to Florence again!!

We have just returned from the most awesome dinner experience at Garbo Ristorante. Everything was amazing from the ambiance of the restaurant, the appetizers, main courses, dessert, and service!
Bardhi was our host and server. He was exceptional, attentive, and worked to meet every need.

Best place I've ever been. The waiters were very polite and careful. The kitchen was very quick in getting our dishes done! The best plate was "l'arrosto di vitella", it was so creamy and yummy.
