De Novo e d'Antico

An absolute pleasure to have come across this restaurant by chance. I was struggling to find somewhere to eat that was open when I decided to go for a walk and stumbled across this beautiful restaurant.

The view is absolutely incredible. The food even more so. I don’t speak Italian and the staff were able to help me navigate the menu with ease. Each meal was perfectly plated and executed with beautiful detail, not to mention delicious! The chef even came out at the end of the meal!

I work in hospitality/restaurants in Canada and I can say with absolute certainty this has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Truly grateful.

This restaurant sees to the details of flavor, presentation, and service! The meal was absolutely wonderful, from the antipasto to the dessert. The staff were all very kind and attentive. The vegetables in particular were the best we have had in an entire month of traveling around Italy, the mixed salad was a real salad! The spinach was so good we ordered a second serving. The risotto and ravioli my husband and I ordered were full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Dessert was not only delicious but was also a work of art. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling in the area!

One of the absolute best dinner experiences I’ve ever had. This is a fine-dining experience that won’t break the bank. The food and service is absolutely exquisite and the place looks like a brochure. Eat something off the grill. The portions are BIG, so it’s a good idea to share. While you’re at it, ask for a local wine.

If I ever go to Cori again I WILL go to this restaurant.

Amazing food and great service. We tried Woodfired pizza, fresh pasta and risotto, local wines and cheese selection. Everything was delicious and local. We will come back.

Ottimo dall'inizio alla fine anche per l'ampio parcheggio per i clienti.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Capodanno e siamo stati benissimo! Stanza grande e molto confortevole, bagno ampio, riscaldamento ottimo, vista sulla città vecchia. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad accogliere ogni richiesta. Ottimo ristorante e colazione. Lo consiglio davvero e mi piacerebbe tornarci magari d'estate!

Ein Besuch bei De Nove e d Antico war ein kulinarisches Erlebnis der Extraklasse. Nicht nur, dass das Team Hundefreundlichkeit in den Vordergrund stellt, auch der weitläufige Parkplatz ist ein deutlicher Pluspunkt. Die Portionen sind nicht nur großzügig, sondern auch preislich sehr fair. Der empfohlene Wein war schlichtweg ein Traum und harmonierte perfekt mit den Gerichten.

Gleich zu Beginn wurde ein charmanter Gruß aus der Küche serviert, welcher die Erwartungen für den weiteren Verlauf des Essens erhöhte. Anschließend hat die Pasta mit Speck mich überzeugt. Normalerweise bin ich kein großer Fan von Speck, aber hier war er so knusprig, dass er ein wunderbares Kontrastspiel zur sämigen Sauce bot.

Der Höhepunkt des Abends war jedoch der Rehrücken. Er war einfach himmlisch, und obwohl ich bereits satt war, war die Versuchung groß, eine weitere Portion zu bestellen. Die Kombination der Wild-Sauce, der exotischen Fruchtsauce und dem Rotwein war eine wahre Gaumenfreude.

Insgesamt kann ich De Nove e d Antico wärmstens empfehlen. Ein Muss für jeden, der gutes Essen und einen freundlichen Service schätzt.

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante che ha anche camere per soggiornare. La cena è stata all'altezza delle nostre aspettative poiché avevano già visto le pietanze proposte ma sinceramente la cura dei particolari e la ricercatezza delle materie prime ci ha stupiti positivamente. Sicuramente da ritornare

Sono stata a pranzo con un'amica in questo piccolo gioiello immerso nel verde a Cori e non c'è assolutamente nulla che cambierei!
Posto stupendo e personale preparato e attento alle esigenze dei propri clienti: la mia amica ha scelto un risotto ai funghi lasciando fare allo chef e non è rimasta affatto delusa.
Tornerei sicuramente per gustare anche la carne e non solo...!
