We booked a Fiat 500L (2 kids) and picked up a DR4 brand new which fullfilled our needs. Check in process very smooth, a bit crowdy in comparison with the other company (because they have more requests than others). Drop off process very easy, even out of the office hours. So far I cannot complain about anything......maybe only the car rental rates around Italy .....

Did rent a Jeep Renegade Hybrid directly from Leasys. It took us some time to find the rental desk close to Terminal C where other car rental companies are also located (Google Maps: F3C9+GQ Catánia, Catania, Italy). But it went quite quickly overall, so issues with the contract and pick-up. Car was almost brand new. Returning via the desk in the office and I've got my deposit back immediately.

The store is located in the VIP carpark.
The personal was really nice and helpful. They do not take N26 card but do take austrian debit cards.
The booking did not inform us about card situation, as we wanted to use the N26 card. They where so nice to hold our reservation so we DIDN'T solve anything with booking but with our austrian card bank.
The car was great and a really new model.
The rest of rent and return was easy and fast.

We were very satisfied with Leasys. 8 minutes after arrival we already had our Fiat 500. The representative were very nice and professional. The car was in good condition, less than half year old with less than 30tkm. The return was also smooth and fast. The only tiny con, that I had to call for the deposit refund, so it was released only 3 weeks following the car return, but after our call it was released immediately in 100%. I absolutely and fully recommend LEASYS.

Pick up and drop went smooth. Car of the Chinese brand DR looked nice, automatic shift, had al bells and whistles but very high fuel usage. 9.5 ltr per 100 km on average, drove 1325 km.

This was our very first stop in Italy, and we could not have been more blessed with the staff. We had problems with our credit card clearing with being oversees and the nice man who smelled good at the booth helped us out and cleared the car for us anyway. We would have been stranded with no way to travel without him. The car was in great condition and had no problems. Returning the car was painless and easy. We will use Drivalia on our next trip to Catania!

My now go-to rental company when I go to Sicily, Have used them 3 times in the last 6 months. Good rates, no hard sell on the insurance and simple and honest return process. Always a nice selection of cars available and staff friendly.

Rented a vehicle for a two weeks stay, and was able to receive an upgrade at the desk which made our stay much more enjoyable. Very fast and efficient service as well. Would use again.

Wonderful spot to rest and indulge to a beautiful dinner. The food was delicious and truly representing Italian flavours and basic ingredients. The service was excellent helpful and very polite....

We dropped of our car here coming from Palermo, super fast and no bureaucracy (just park the car, drop the keys and sign a paper) the whole process took 10 minutes. They charged the " delivery in other city fee" of 70eur, but returned our 300 deposit within a month.

everything was fine. fast, friendly, professional, very good car for the money. Due to occasional bad ratings, I suggest to take photos of the car (to document (absence of ) damage upon receipt and return

No waiting line at the office, friendly and helpful staff and a new car (2000 km). The prices were exactly the same as in the reservation with no hidden fees. No problems when returning the car, no extra costs. Great experience overall.

Good car rental. We rent a small car for 10 days (Nissan micra, eq. to fiat 500), we did not wait at the counter, everything was done in 5min. No problems with the car. We paid 350€ for 10days with full cover insurance.
We book the car on SIXT website, I encourage you to do same, it's also one of the only car rental service you can book for the full coverage directly online (no stress, and quite mandatory for sicily).

Affittata auto dal 1 Agosto al 8 Agosto presso il punto di Catania Aeroporto. Seri, veloci e professionali. Avevo affittato una 500 e mi hanno upgradato con un lancia Y hybrid praticamente nuova. Mi raccomando esigente sempre il controllo pre e post consegna per evitare inutili contrattempi, leggete bene i contratti di noleggio con relative clausure assicurative e non avrete problemi.

J'ai réservé sur le site en italien avec le traducteurs Google, j'ai reçu la confirmation par mail en 6 heures. L'agence est à 4 minutes à pied.
Voiture prête et propre. Personnels professionnelle, le retour c'est très bien passé, pourtant j'ai rendu la voiture dégueulasse. Excellente expérience.

Top Service! Schnelle Bedienung, sehr nettes und vorausschauendes Personal. Wir hatten glücklicherweise ein Upgrade auf ein besseres Fahrzeug aus Sicherheitsgründen erhalten. Englisch war auch kein Problem. Bisher unser bester Verleih auf Sizilien.
