Antico Mulino

We had two wonderful meals here, lunch one day and dinner a couple days later. Both times the food was delicious and the service was really great. We were the only foreigners there both times and we felt welcomed by the staff, even with our very weak Italian. Every dish we had, pasta, pizza, desserts were all very tasty. Highly recommended!

Excellent in all aspects. Recommend the ravioli and the wine is amazing. Friendly and most welcoming service. Definitely on my list to return.

This is our go-to family restaurant when in Sambuca. Enzo, the owner, and his team make you feel at home with their warm and welcoming personalities.

The food is excellent, portions are generous and prices are very affordable. They offer a wide array of pizzas and local dishes along with a great variety of wines from the region.

Sicilian eating and welcoming style at its best!

Every time I have eaten at Antico Mulino, I have felt the warm welcome of the restaurant personnel and enjoyed the family atmosphere of this authentic Sicilian place. The food is delicious and abundant— I can recommend the casarecce con peace spada, the ravioli all’antico mulino or the risotto gamberi e zucchine genovesi. I have not yet tried all dishes but I trust that you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Enzo, Lilio and the whole team— yesterday night at your place with our large group has been a great success!

Incredible views from the terrace, generous portions and friendly service. We went to celebrate a birthday one evening and didn't realize the pasta portions are for 2 people! But everything was great! We will be back.

Amazing place with very dedicated staff. The food is amazing, we had some pizzas for dinner.

The best meal we had in Sicily. We ordered the antipasto rustico, fried seafood, risotto, carbonara, and mushroom ravioli. Everything was delicious. The antipasto was unbelievable - tender tripe, slow cooked pork in lemon and olive oil, fried stuffed mushrooms, eggplant fried and stewed, cheeses, meats, olives, sun dried tomatoes- the bread was so fresh - then we had mushroom and sausage risotto, ravioli, and carbonara - all generous portions and absolutely delicious. I could go on an on - I would return to Sambuca just for this restaurant. Our server Enzo was very friendly and wonderful.

While vacationing in Sambuca Sicily we went to this restaurant many times. Because the food was always good, and fresh. Although we didn't speak the native tongue, Google translate helped us greatly. Service was always friendly. One of our favorites.

Best price/quality/quantity restaurant I know in Europe! Antico Mulino does it all and does it well. Very nice outdoor seating, but try to reserve as locals are very fond of this place on busy summer evenings.

Many many pizza options! For each, you can choose between regular size (around 25 cm diameter) and "tabisca" (a double pizza). We tried the Rustica and the Apetitosa. Both were delicious, however the Rustica was a bit oily, but very good nevertheless. Prices are quite cheap. The portions are quite huge so be careful if you plan on having a Primo and something else.

Had a fantastic evening. Food was delicious and the people where even better! We stay for a week here and we definetly will come again this week
