RISTORANTE A CAVA

I appreciate availability of many of pizzas in gluten free version. I ordered "Made in Italy" and I realy liked that. The restaurants is also very nice and the atmosphere is fantastic.

Great restaurant: the dishes are amazing and the quality of the ingredients is superb. They offer a modern interpretation of traditional Sicilian dishes (the dessert “spaghetti alla carbonara” as a new version of the classical cannolo is unbelievable).
Last but not least, the service is irreproachable and extremely professional.
Definitely recommended.

Shockingly good culinary experience... the food is so good that it left me speechless, the restaurant is decorated in a sleek minimalist style, the service could not be better. The way these people have been able to interpret and present the Sicilian culinary heritage is moving. A Cava could easily rank with two Michelin stars if they wanted to, but I suspect their mission is different as they want to make their food accessible to everybody. Their pizzas are also outstanding, their way to prepare and cook the dough makes them tastier and more digestible. Probably my best dinner in the last two years, I could not recommend this place more. A dinner at A Cava alone is worth a trip from abroad!

Best food I've had so far in Sicily! Fresh, local ingredients and seafood prepared perfectly, and (though I had fish instead) a gluten free option for pizza. If I could have eaten two dinners tonight, I would have eaten them both here.

One of the top three meals my wife and I had during our holiday this summer in the Noto area. The service was much quicker than we experienced in most restaurants (a little too quick from course to course we thought) but this wasn't really surprising as we saw the restaurant fill up quickly soon after we arrived and tables were soon filled when'll parties departed. It's very popular with young people. They have both a marvellous restricted haut cuisine menu and a pizzeria. We had the special menu and adored our choices and the service was superb. It's at the upper end of prices locally but we thought it was worth it. Thanks you.

Absolutely lovely! They accommodated us despite no reservation and a Saturday night! The food and wine excellent as was the service. Would recommend for sure.

Uno dei migliori ristoranti della nostra vacanza in Sicilia. Qui si trasformano prodotti di qualità - molti presidi slow food - in piatti deliziosi, belli anche da vedere. Gran menzione per l’antipasto misto. Location elegante, servizio puntuale e cordiale.

Siamo andati durante le vacanze per una pizza in famiglia. Come prima volta devo dire ottimo, abbiamo preso pizze e dolci, tutto buonissimo, penso che ritorneremo un'altra volta.

Bella serata in una location accogliente, ampia ed ordinata.
Staff gentile e servizievole, molto professionale e sempre attento al cliente.
Piatti buoni, ben presentati e con prodotti forse "da capire", ma di qualità.

Locale elegante e accogliente, personale gentile e professionale. Abbiamo preso la pizza che era ottima. Impasto a lunga lievitazione abbinato a una sapiente scelta degli ingredienti che ricordano gli abbinamenti classici della cucina tradizionale di Rosolini. Servizio veloce. Per due pizze, una coca grande, acqua grande e una porzione di patatine abbiamo speso 29 euro. Tornerò sicuramente a provare il ristorante...
Aggiornamento: la qualità delle portate come ristorante è decisamente molto alta, vi raccomando di provare la guancia e i gamberoni alla ranza. I dolci sono stati un piacevolissima sorpresa, curati, originali e buonissimi.

Probabilmente il miglior posto in Sicilia dove io abbia mai mangiato. Proposte originali e veramente gustose. Ingredienti di altissima qualità utilizzati in maniera originale. Mi sono alzato dal tavolo veramente felice e soddisfatto, se tornerò mai nel sud della Sicilia, sarete una mia tappa obbligata. A presto!
