Wonderful restaurant, with an amazing hospitable team. Extensive wine list with references from around the area.
We decide to order a La carte. The pasta dishes were great.

Heard about this restaurant a few times but never got myself a table in time.
Impressive wine list/cellar and nice format where the menu is a la carte, just enough options to choose from (which are all delicious) to enjoy with some bottles of wine of the impressive wine cellar !

A must visit. Fantastic food - a nice blend classic and modern Piedmont cooking. Service is professional but friendly. The wine list is ridiculously large but if you’re not sure what to pick, ask Giampiero and he will for sure introduce you to something amazing from a local vineyard. We’ve been coming for a number of years and have yet to be disappointed.

We have been coming to this gem for years. The main chef (the mother of the Cordero family) is incredible attentive to detail, creative with flavors, textures and the presentation of the food.

The staff’s service is on point and the restaurant brings the region’s traditions to live. It’s an absolute treat to enjoy lunch and dinner at I’ll Centro.

If you are traveling to the region and are lucky to get a room at the family Cordero’s boutique luxury hotel right next door you get to enjoy a Michelin experience during their fantastic breakfast and can enjoy one of their rare bottles of vino from their extensive cellar and be able to walk home.

Another excellent lunch. Food is excellent. Service is top notch but relaxed. Very comfortable. We go out of our way to have lunch here on every trip that we make (June was our 6th). Giampiero is an excellent host.

A wonderful local experience, with a great staff and overall experience. Don't be fooled by the size of the dishes in the tasting menu, you will be stuffed full by the end of this great meal. Some dishes are devine, some were less to our liking.

We had an incredibly good and also fun evening. Especially good is the wine accompaniment to the menu and the competence of the sommelier.

We had Dinner at "Il Centro" and it was a really nice experience. The food was very good and also the service was excellent, everyone was super friendly and professional.

Great restaurant just 15 min from alba! A very good wine list, make sure to ask for a tour of the celler 🍷

Some of the very best food/culinary experience in Piemonte. Excellent service with a smile, beautifully presented plates which show a lot of attention to detail and great quality products. Very good wine list too.
All of this in a timeless and beautiful setting.
Creative dishes that are a little more modern and elevated but stay true to the local traditions. We come here every time we are in the region.

A great restaurant.

We had a wonderful dinner here on our last night in the region. The service was particularly friendly and the quality of the food was outstanding. The wine list was also incredible. Along with Guido in Serralunga, this was tied for our favorite meal of our trip.

Amazing truffle menu

i visited il centro for the the first time approx 20 years ago with a large group of friends. was amazed already then. came back with my 2 small children around 2011 and we were as welcomed 10 years earlier. i asked my kids to play underneath the table or downstairs outside the bathrooms with their schleich-animals not to disturb the other guests. i remember everyone found them just cute and never in their way. they were as welcomed as we were, so my actions were probably not required. were definitely not a demand or wish from the restaurant. here is everyone welcome! 3rd time was 2014 with my father and same kids, now older. again - gobsmacked by the friendly service, fantastic food and welcoming atmosphere. then i was back in piemonte 2x but was not able to get a table. yesterday i was back again with parents-in-law. 4th time and sooooo so nice. loved everything about the food, service, newly decorated rooms, atmosphere, friendly greeting - the whole package. we are bringing the kids in the spring and will reserve early enough to ensure we have a table. love this place! thank you for every memory. best regards, ulrika

Fantastic dishes, outstanding service that makes you feel super welcome and a wine list out of this world! Because of COVID we dined at the terrace of their new hotel which has a beautiful view.
This was our best experience during our 6 days in Langa.

And Giampiero is such a great host and gentleman! Thank you for this memorable evening.

Fantastic food and impeccable service. They take very good care of people with allergies - I had my own plate of breads without nuts and the dessert was also specially prepared. The wine cellar is amazing!
