I have never thought that pizza dough can have so many varieties and all of them can be so tasty!!!
I tried and loved all 6 types however I think my favourite ones were croccante and friabile. They were totally mind blowing!

The service was super friendly. All the waiters were very helpful and smiley. One of them, Ab, kindly recommended us a chocolate dessert which turned out to be a cherry on top of the cake! Even though we were completely full we ordered it anyway and it was the best decision ever. So yummy!!!!

Nice pizza. Crust was crispy so difficult to cut, but the flavors were spot on. Good desserts and coffee as well as drinks. Service was great.

They are open all afternoon so great place to grab a bite when others might be closed.

Incredible pizza and burger and the best of all is Abdo and his amazing service. Probably one of the best spots in the area. Everything is made to perfection from the bread, to the pizzas to the drinks. We loved it so much we kept coming back.

Best Pizza Vegetarian I have eaten in a while on the buzzing market square of Alba. Authentic crusty dough based on spelt, decorated with sundried tomatoes, zucchini, sunflower seeds and more. Can recommend.

Good sizes and very interesting and unique pizzas! The dough was delicious and all ingredients were very fresh. Only the online menu was a bit confusing and somehow not exactly the same on my phone compared to my husband - so if you go with others, check their menus to make sure you don’t miss anything 😂

Gusto Madre in Alba, worth a visit if you like pizza and something different, surprising beer selection. Great for young families, a summary.
We visited twice during our 2022 summer holiday end of July.
Good:
- opens early for dinner
- very suitable for children, families
- original concept, various styles of pizza and focaccia
- good food, but varies per dish
- friendly service
Could be better:
- price is relatively high for baked bread
- decor is a bit too 'clean'
- they cannot make a baby size pizza, suggests they work with pre-prepared dough only

It was the best focacia I ate in all of Italy. Alba is a very good gastronomy center. This restaurant works wonders with different leavening techniques and quality flours. Choose products other than classic pizzas, you won't regret it.

Fantastic pizzeria, the dough is perfect and simply cannot be better, the service is friendly and efficient. They have a very good selection of artisanal Italian beers, so rare to find. Beautiful design, you really feel the talant behind all this and the soul of this place, bravi💗

Not an usual pizzeria. The chef has been working a lot on the pizza dough to offer what will the lightest one you’ll ever try. Each ingredient is handpicked and is from the highest quality. You must try their Focaccia. They have a good selection of artisanal beer and excellent regional wine (decently priced). Finally the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Best VEGAN pizza ever. I’ve lived in Italy for over 15 years and this was the most amazing vegan pizza I’ve ever had. In or out of Italy. They built in very complex flavors, the dough was perfect, vegetables exceptionally curated with a lovely green based sauce, it was DELICIOUS!

A must be if you love pizza! Nice place with super friendly staff (which explained us about the different kinds of pizza) and great creative pizza. I am vegetarian and have to have found a recipe that goes beyond marguerita! Must stop by!

Gluten free options are amazing and the pizza crust is very light and fluffy.

Lives up to the hype. Lovely interior, amazingggg doughs and pizzas. Unique food experience. Really kind staff who accommodated my friend's requests for changes to the pizza. Delicious and hit the spot.

The dough heaven! Every single dough is simply perfect and baked to perfection. Toppings are also top-level and their newborn burgers are unmissable. Please keep doing what you are doing.

Great service, nice cocktails and delicious food for a fair price! You should try their reinterpretation of the Piña Colada!

For gourmet pizza, this is the right place. 6 different types of pizza dough for 6 awesome different pizza types. The toppings are outstanding. Prices are a slightly above average but justified by the very good food. The atmosphere is formal but relaxed.

Went for lunch. Less a pizzeria (though they do server it) and more a bread/foccacia experience. I had the 18 euro sampler of 3 of the five styles of bread they make with differenct toppings. All were excellent, service was very good as was the English of the staff. Not a cheap experience but one absolutely worth it when visiting Alba.

I had the 3 tasting option. I am vegetarian and they arranged it for me. Absolutely delicious... What an experience. And the dessert was even better. I do not recall the name of the dessert. Ivana was my waitress and she spoke perfect English and gave me great suggestions. Do yourself a favor and try Gusto madre.
