We rented a car for a week from them. Car was very clean both from the inside and from the outside so points for that. Everything went smooth with renting and returning the car. Good guidance to the right place at the airport when returning the car.

I recently rented a car from Sixt and was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional service. Not only were they extremely helpful, but they went above and beyond by upgrading my booking to accommodate all of my bags. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. Upon receiving the vehicle, the staff were very professional and friendly, recommending the vehicle most suitable for the expected road conditions. In addition, upon return, everything was very pleasant, professional and friendly. Thus, receiving and returning the car was very quick and easy.
The technical condition of the car - JEEP Compas, is very good! No shortcomings or breakdowns were noticed, except that a more thorough cleaning of the car interior could have made the trip even more enjoyable.
I recommend SIXT and will definitely choose your company on my next visit!

I had a very positive overall experience with this Sixt. When I arrived, the 2 series Cabrio I prepaid for was not available. For a discounted fee, I was able to rent the 8 seriess instead. Intitally, I was not pleased by this, but I ended up having a lot of fun. Davide was extremely helpful, very pleasant and professional. As others here have noted, there was undocumented damage to the vehicle. Despite having rental coverage through my CC, I took the full insurance package. After reading other reviews, you would have to be crazy to not take it. Overall, I would highly recommend this branch. The M850i was incredible to drive. It was a bit heavy in the corners compared to the 4 series. Also a bit heavy on petrol in Eco mode (9.2L/100km was my best), but certainly worth every bit for the sweet sound of that twin turbo V8 in the mountains. La dolcé vita 😚🤌🏻

I had such an excellent service and treatment from Sixt and as companies are made by people, I would like to acknowledge a guy called Carmine.
I had my car reservation declined in the last minute from another car rental company and I was so stressed to find a solution especially because I was with my 9month old baby with me in the airport. Carmine and his manager had all patience to hear us and help us.
In the end we got a nice car from sixt and could go ahead with our planned road trip across Italy. I will never change Sixt again.

The best car rental at Malpensa. They are so focused on the customer needs, they literally hear you. Everything is personalised and you always get something better than that you had asked for. And they take care of your dog and cat as well. Don't go anywhere else

Good experience overall. I recommend using Sixt and reserving your rental car in advance using their car rental app which is very useful and dynamic.

We originally rented a car through another supplier (yellow / black coloured logo) and it was a disaster when we arrived at Milan airport.
So we walked around the corner and straight away booked with Sixt. It was late, we were tired after a long flight. But what amazing service Emily Sartoric provided. A real credit to Sixt!! Well done Emily.
Drop off was ok, a bit confusing as we needed to change from T1 to T2, but we resolved that and managed to find (eventually) the drop off and a little walk to the terminal.
But main point. Well Done Emily Sartoric !!

Our representative, Alexandru, was friendly and professional. We arrived earlier than scheduled for pickup but he still found us a great car and we did not have to wait.

I hired a BMW Series 1 here on 23 March. Emily, Sixt staff at reception and her colleague was very helpful during all the process. Everything was done quickly and profesional, car is clean, in great shape. Wonderful experience with Sixt at Malpensa Airport!

Had a great experience there. My first time hiring a car in malpensa. All happened very quick. The new trainee was great and did a great job.

Very flexible, polite and detailed staff, quick and digital process, good cars, but mainly diesels.

I have rented cars in few agencies. Their process is the most efficient. No need to fill manual forms etc. Scanning the passport. All was efficient and quick.

I like the fuel option (buy a full tank). I know I probably could have paid less by fueling myself but it seems a decent proposal and saves me the trouble.

I was really scared reading some of the previous comments, but seriously my experience with Barbara was excellent, the very welcoming smile, the fast service , she was very professional and every thing was excellent
