This was a quick 5 min drive from our timeshare and we just loved it! The folks running the place are super nice and we were greeted warmly by the house cat!
The food was great (especially the Tuscan soup - rustic and wonderful!) The pasta was homemade and delicious. Variety of choices - you can’t go wrong. Locals are late arrivers, so come early on the weekends. During to week less busy, but equally tasty!

Loved the restaurant. Our table of 6 arrived at 7 when they opened and had an amazing experience. I ordered the cheese and jam spread, all the jams are made in house and are amazing. Pasta my husband got the lasagna and loved it. The chicken for my main course was delicious. My favourite was the tiramisu which was amazing. Leaving I purchased a persimmon jam and kiwi jam to take home. I'm sad it's almost gone after only a week!

What an amazing restaurant! We showed up late, not long before they closed and they offered us lasagna and salad to go, which we gladly accepted. But then they said we should just stay and eat, which we did. They were so kind and did not make us feel rushed. The salad was wonderful with fresh tomatoes and fennel. And the lasagna was so delicious!!! Creamy and delicate with bechamel instead of marinara. WOW!! It was perfect! I can’t recommend this enough. Salad, lasagna, and red wine for 6 people for under 100 euro — how can you beat that?? If you’re not sure, take my advice and eat here!!

Best meal in Tuscany!! OMG!! We found this gem of a restaurant on our 9th day of two week vacation. Every dish was so well presented and tasted great!! This is a place for serious foodies!!! Can’t wait to return!! Amazing menu with bread made on premises and homemade desserts. We tried many. Just come on in and delight your taste buds!!! Service was top notch as well.

Super friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I give it 5 stars for the cheesecake alone. Best I've ever had and I'm from New York! T-bone steak was ok. Filet and raviolis were nice. Great option in a small town. FYI it's off a dirt road so kinda off the beaten path

This is a very good Italian country restaurant that has been here for many years and is family run. The decor is eclectic and inviting, and in cooler months they light a bright pellet stove in the center of the room. The food is quite good and is fresh - with steaks and some excellent seafood dishes, and of course some pasta dishes for secondi. The desserts are well known in this area. Those staying at Borgo Alle Vigne can make this a regular haunt since it is only 5 minutes away, and is somewhat upscale when compared with other local eateries, but you should add one $ to il conto.

This restaurant is fantastic. We were warmly welcomed and served by Gioele and his friends. We had pizza and ravioli. All hand made and delicious. For dessert we tried tiramisu and we loved it. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a most wonderful meal this evening. It was simple, original, and extraordinarily well prepared. We chose for our first course the black cabbage soup period that came with wonderful homemade bread croutons on the bar that the owners sister makes. We decided on a second course of pasta. Mine was a a ravioli style pasta with porcini mushrooms karma and there was a wonderful amount of heat. Jim had ravioli with tomato sauce and pecorino. Simply delicious. For my main course I chose a lovely medium rare fillet top with a portable mushroom with extraordinary olive oil for the base of the dish period clearly I couldn't eat the whole thing. However, the pH the resistance of the evening was the Wild Boar stew. Short of a d construction but nonetheless with all the flavour of an actual stool in every Bite of the Wild Boar. This was placed on a bed of grilled polenta periods simply perfection. Jim raved about it and we asked shaft come out so we can thank her. This is a family run business which includes a motel and banquet rooms. the restaurant has been in business for about 10 years. please if you are anywhere in this area you must go

Lovely place to relax outside of the hustle and bustle - in the nature, with swimming pool and brillant restaurant
I would strongly recommend to cyclists as this is great spot to ride through Tuscany area

Restaurant provides great and tasty food served in a elegant way. Homemade ravioli is tremendous.

Abbiamo pranzato a "La Sorgente" in occasione del torneo disputato dalla squadra di basket dei nostri bimbi a Capannoli.
Eravamo in 16 a tavola e mi sento latore dell'intero gruppo nel dire che abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza culinaria in questo bucolico ristorante.
La location è splendida, in mezzo alle colline e ai campi con la vista su Peccioli e un ampio parcheggio.
Un grande parco attrezzato è a disposizione dei più piccoli mentre è offerta la possibilità di mangiare al chiuso o all'aperto vicino alla piscina in un ambiente fresco e ventilato.
Il personale ci ha coccolato fin dal primo istante sopperendo a qualsiasi esigenza fosse da noi avanzata, sia logistica che alimentare.
Il cibo è di ottima qualità e a km 0 e lo si evince fin dall'antipasto.
Carne cotta a regola d'arte, tenera e succosa con una perfetta crosta.
Deliziosi i funghi porcini fritti e le tagliatelle, anch'esse ai funghi freschi.
Un Chianti gustoso ha innaffiato il nostro desco a volontà e siamo stati oggetto delle attenzioni dello staff per tutto il pranzo, intratrennedoci vicendevolmente anche con simpatici intermezzi.
Il dolce ha lasciato una nostra commensale esterrefatta per la sua bontà: una abbondante cheesecake al frutto della passione!
Caffè, acqua e la voglia di rimanere a digerire sulle poltroncine a disposizione della clientela hanno concluso la nostra esperienza a "La Sorgente".
Prezzo in linea con qualità del cibo e del servizio. Veramente non ci sono critiche da avanzare!
Torneremo sicuramente e consiglieremo agli amici questo posto.

Ci siamo capitati per caso, ma ci torneremo di sicuro! Una cucina fatta di ingredienti locali, solo di stagione, a km zero. Piatti spettacolari, che ricordano i sapori di una volta, con prodotti di primissima qualità. Personale gentilissimo, preparato, sorridente… che dire… andateci!!!!

Cibo di alta qualità dal produttore al consumatore. Dolci e torte fatte dalla Laura davvero molto buone e spettacolari.
Il titolare ( il signor Michele) e i suoi collaboratori persone davvero molto simpatiche ed accoglienti.
L'appartamento molto grazioso e spazioso.
Consiglio davvero di andarci anche per il week end perché si ci innamora del bellissimo posto

La location è bellissima, immersa nel verde e il ristorante ha anche la piscina.
Lo chef è bravissimo, i prodotti sono tutti artigianali e le materie prime sono locali di ottima qualità. Il prezzo è in linea con la qualità del prodotto e del servizio offerto.
