Wonderful establishment: restaurant and boutique hotel or maybe classified as a bed and breakfast. I’ve been to the restaurant a few times now and we always enjoy the creative high-end surprises from the tasting menu. Always flavorful, always a lovely presentation. Always more than you thought possible. The restaurant and hotel is situated on the backdrop of a lake, a very beautiful scenery early in the morning and for sunset. We have stayed once at the hotel and it is well appointed with luxury micro amenities - soaps and other things. The bedding was lux and comfortable. Comfortable and enjoyable overall. We spent some time in the garden in the back. It really is beautiful — you must have a car to arrive to and explore the area around this place. There is no place to walk to; or even any activities to do while at the hotel. I thought a salt water pool, a tennis court, or something recreational would be spectacular here. You can find these things in località nearby. Overall, excellent place!

This is not just a dinner , it’s an experience - every dish was so beautifully presented and delicious, we tried some foods we have never tried before and they were all so tasty . The aperitivo by the lake was stunning and they brought so many little extras such as 5 small plates of exquisite food to go with our pre dinner cocktail as well as beautiful fresh breads and butter between our courses . The staff were lovely and the chef came out to say hello , we were very impressed and it was the best meal we had in Italy .

In a rainy evening, we were greeted by the most courteous staff who came out with an umbrella. Every member was highly professional in guiding us through the food experience. Extremely refined yet unique take on Italian cuisine. Definitely recommend to experience once at least.

Extraordinary restaurant - service, style, food. They treated our children - “bambini amici” - to a feast. Great value given the quality of food, care and ambience.

Fantastic restaurant and venue. The food is superb, the service is perfect and the wine matching is outstanding.
Our hosts, Gianfranco, Luca and Veronica made us feel very welcome. It was out first visit to Umbria and will not be our last, next time we will stay and enjoy the beautiful accomodation.

Simply amazing. Not just as starred restaurant like some others. Taste, class, fantasy, charme and original courtesy. And the setting of the aperitivo, (lake and sunset front) is unique.

Esperienza unica da provare . Casa VISSANI è un posto molto chic , la mise en place composta con piatti di Hermés e calici baccarat propone una cucina rivisitata sempre però legata alla tradizione e al prodotto di prima qualità . Lo chef Gianfranco molto carismatico , deliziosa la nuora Veronica ed il figlio Luca . Ho gustato un primo piatto con anellini e capesante eccezionale . Lo consiglio anche per la posizione geografica immerso nel verde vicino al lago di Corbara.Ho pranzato il giorno di Pasqua
