Palazzo Pascal

My family of 4--2 adults, 2 children (a 6yo and 8yo)--stayed at Palazzo Pascal in the Ibisco Executive Suite from July 9th to 14th last summer (July 2023). It was a fantastic place to stay. The location was somewhat "off the beaten path," but we liked the serenity of the location compared to Ravello, for example, which was much more crowded and bustling in July. Despite being a bit outside of the tourist-thoroughfares, we found we could easily walk to the small grocery and other shops in Scala (including shops like the pharmacy, bakery, and gelato) and get car services as we needed them for other destinations on the Amalfi Coast. With minimal notice, the concierge at Palazzo Pascal graciously helped us to secure professional and reliable car services. There were several good restaurants within walking distance also, but our favorite was the onsite restaurant, Gli Ulivi. We ate there on multiple occasions and tried ALL of their desserts. The food and service were excellent. Our suite at Palazzo Pascal was lovely and very comfortable. The kitchenette was really nice to have. Everything was clean and well maintained. The toiletries were generously stocked and of nice quality. Housekeeping services were timely and beyond-considerate--allowing us extra time and then returning if they came while we were still using the room. We sat on the private balcony day and night--what an incredible view! The pool was sooo necessary in hot, hot July and we used it every day. It was clean with soft linens and a gorgeous setting. We ordered lunch, drinks, and snacks poolside. Again, the service was always very, very good, even at the pool. I cannot recommend Palazzo Pascal enough. The people who work there are incredibly friendly and kind. They were welcoming to my family and took great care of us throughout our stay. 10/10!

Palazzo Pascal is an outstanding boutique hotel ideally located in an idyllic hill with a breathtaking view of Ravello. It is away from the tourist crouds but just minutes from the main attractions. The hotel is a great example of understated luxury with unintrusive but efficient service from all staff. Rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. On-site restaurant also excellent if don't feel like going out. We had a very enjoyable time at Palazzo Pascal and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a hidden gem. Secluded and quiet, yet the beautiful towns of Scala and Ravello are close-by, and Amalfi is a 30-40 minute walk if you are feeling adventurous!

We found the staff to be incredibly attentive and together, they created a wonderful environment in which to spend our holiday. The team on reception were always helpful and insightful with recommendations and arrangements when we needed it.

The restaurant looks over the beautifully landscaped and terraced lawns, also where much of the menu is grown! The food and drink options were fantastic and Michael and the team could never do enough for us. We are very grateful as we loved talking to them and often we would ask them to be flexible on table bookings, food/wine options, etc.

The owner, Pascal, is very talented in creating ceramics and the hotel is beautifully adorned with his work. He, and many of his family were often at hotel and were always incredibly hospitable and lovely to talk to. This approach underpins the fantastic feeling you have when you walk through the door of this hotel.

In summary, we would recommend for these reasons:

- characterful
- presentation
- food and drink

We explored much of the Amalfi coast during our stay, from Positano, Amalfi to Minori, but we firmly believe the Scala/Ravello area is the pick-of-the-bunch and Palazzo Pascal hotel is one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, so we give this five stars and firmly recommend.

We have just finished a stay at this beautiful small boutique family run hotel.
Its setting is stunning overlooking Ravello the mountains and sea. Easy to travel to Amalfi and Ravello on the bus or by taxi.
The rooms were beautifully kept and cleaned daily and turn down service.
The food was lovely and the staff couldn’t do enough to help.
Would highly recommend and we will return.

Very butifull hotel with exceptional staff and services . The owner of the hotel is so kind and supportive. Receptionists are great and provide all help with smile. I felt home at this hotel. Breakfast is so delicious.

We recently ate at the restaurant and toured the hotel for a future trip. The restaurant and grounds are nice views (beautiful pool and lovely views). The rooms are exquisite.

The service & hospitality of the hotel is just of another level. Best out of all the 5 star hotels and airbnbs we stayed in Italy💕
They helped us so much with various things and communication via whatsapp was just flawless. We also liked our room. New, spacious and with very good views!

The only thing I would suggest is better breakfast. The choices offered are fairly limited & standard (tho they did help me with a tomato salad per my request). I was missing healthy vegan options, fresh juice, nuts & seeds, and maybe some veggies. Understand it is a boutique hotel and we do not want to be wasteful. Maybe a menu to choose from would be a good solution.

Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to anyone visiting Almafi/Ravello.

My daughter’s Destination wedding was a fairytale come true! The venue was spectacular and there aren’t enough words to adequately praise the staff. It was 2 full days of events and Palazzo Pascal handled it all perfectly. I did not stay on site but my daughter did and could not rave enough about the rooms (I saw them, the terraces were breathtaking and the rooms gorgeous!) and the amazing breakfast. The wedding had over 50 guests and they have not stopped talking about it. We highly recommend Palazzo Pascal!

This place is exactly what it says, Luxury! We live in Italy and this is by far the best service we have received. Having visited many 5 star resorts around the world, although small this place holds its own. The staff are fantastic, from first greeting to pool service; to drinks, wine, lunch and waiters. The food is divine and the setting stunning. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

We were spending one week in the hotel, its beautiful, well maintained and for us the best about the hotel is the service. The staff is lovely and very customer centric / service oriented. They give great advice, nice tips and 24hours availability on Whatsapp. The food is very nice in the restaurant and with breakfast there is a wide range of choice to choose from (you can pick from a list and even get it served in the room). Our room with terrace has the best view over amalfi coast and we enjoyed our breakfast here. As well there is a very clean pool with nice sunbeds. In addition its very clean and they come every day to clean the room. I would highly recommend this hotel if you like good service with a personal touch!

We were, staying in a little Airbnb in Scala and fancied a pool day with the kids. From start to finish the day was amazing. All the staff were friendly, efficient and kind. Service was impeccable. Pool was perfect for us and the kids. Food was superb, they even cooked food off menu for the kids. All in all an excellent day and we will return.

We had a great experience in this hotel early this year in May. The hotel stuff tried to make us happy all the time.

Absurdly good! We were staying locally and found the restaurant by chance - it was a highlight of our trip through Europe! Wonderful service, the food is divine, and a great selection of local wines.

This was an absolute highlight of 3 weeks in Europe - cannot recommend it enough.

We stayed here in July and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff were very friendly and helpful and felt extremely welcomed. The room was a decent size and it was very great value for money. We would definitely return and i can highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful breakfast, amazing view, kind staff, and an enjoyable quiet area of the Amalfi Coast.

Our family ate at Gli Ulivi in the first few weeks of the restaurant being open and it was the highlight of our trip to the Amalfi Coast. The food, wine, and presentation were all amazing and the hospitality by the owners, Madalina and Pascal, was even better. The hotel and views over Ravello were also breathtaking. We could not recommend this restaurant more.

We dined here one evening while staying at Palazzo Pascal! We had incredible service and some delicious food. You have a spectacular view of Ravello, Amalfi and is a very romantic setting. I highly recommend the scallops 😋

We stayed two nights here and everything about Palazzo Pascal was lovely. The grounds are beautiful. Our prestige suite (Fiordaliso) was small but perfectly lovely and our balcony was incredible and MASSIVE! The views out to Ravello are breathtaking. The staff was so helpful with arranging transportation for us everywhere (as well as a boat tour of Capri and the Amalfi Coast). Dinner in the restaurant on site was excellent. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this place. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!!
