Hotel La Moresca

I am a bit late with this post as we visit La Moresca August last year however I cannot express how fantastic our stay was. Anna the host was amazing in more ways than one. From the moment we arrived she made us feel like we were the only people that mattered. Our room was beautiful and the views simple stunning. Ravello is a lovely place high up in the hills but does not disappoint. I would recommend staying no less that 3 nights so that you get to see all that Ravello has to offer or visit for a nice relaxing, quiet and romantic break. Everything is within walking distance. Lots of places discover or just sit and enjoy the view. Highly recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous views, great staff, great bedding, thoughtful amenities and safety all taken into mind. Would 100% stay here again. If you get a lift into town you can get dropped right in front of the reception area, however, be advised that if you take a bus you will have a bit of a walk from the drop off point and the staircase pictured to climb. Worth the climb / logistics to get up here.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Hotel La Moresca. The hotel is easily accessible by car from the road, whereas alot of hotels in Ravello are on pedestrian-only streets. This was a huge plus getting dropped off and picked up with our luggage! We felt we were still really close the shopping + restaurants, without being in the action. We chose a seaview room which we loved and made an effort to enjoy our balcony. There is no elevator in this hotel, and the staircase is narrow so that is one thing to consider. The concierge was extremely nice and helpful. However, there is not someone at the front desk 24/7. There was some noise in the evening because kids were playing in the piazza. We would definitely choose this hotel again!

My husband & I stayed 3 nights at La Moresca & throughly enjoyed our stay. From greeting to check-in and during our stay to check-out, the staff at La Moresca were all so kind to us. They gave local restaurant recommendations, helped us book reservations and transportation to our next destination. I’d say they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and were extremely accommodating. I’d certainly stay here again. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed having two balcony views. One of Ravello and one of the neighboring town, Scala. If you are in Ravello, I would recommend La Moresca.

The room was clean, cozy and cooled, but the view from the room was meh. Since we had to attend a wedding it was a bit inconvenient there were only mirrors in the bathroom (good ones none the less). Also, it could be a bit noisy.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had our car picked up by a driver to park for the stay and delivered again upon departure.

Location was good.
The breakfast included was mediocre and the hours a little tight (8-10). All in all a good experience!

Our room was perfect with amazing views. Francesca went above and beyond to help guide us around Ravello and make sure our stay was a great one! The hotel is walking distance from everything we wanted to see in Ravello. The daily breakfast on the rooftop was a great way to start the day. Overall a great stay at La Moresca

I don’t know why this hotel is only rated 3 stars??? LOVED our stay here! The room was clean and extremely comfortable after a long trip. (Very comfortable bed/pillows/bedding- the most important part of a hotel, in my opinion.) The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The included continental breakfast was great with AMAZING views. All in all, loved everything about this place. Wish we found it sooner so could have stayed longer!!

Loved our stay at La Moresca. It starts with the personal service of Anna and others who work at the hotel - Anna went above and beyond to help us coordinate things, ensure we had dinner reservations, and even checked in on us when someone in our party wasn’t feeling well. Good location away from the center but a 10 min walk max. Rooms were bright with their terraces, breakfast was a nice spread and good macchiatos, cappuccinos etc made for you by two lovely women. If I returned to Ravello, I would return to La Moresca. Just a FYI (although true everywhere) - there is no elevator and the stairs are a bit narrow but not nearly as many as other places we say.

Really great hotel with an amazing service. All of the staff was super friendly and at our disposition. The breakfast was really good and had a great variety of choices ! The view was also beautiful (from our room at least :)).
The only little flaw that I could find was that the music during breakfast time was a little too loud and agressive, but I mean maybe some people enjoy it ?
Anyway really great hotel that I’d 100% recommend

Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. They helped us book dinner for 3 nights and our taxi from Ravello to Amalfi. Provided lots of great recommendations. Always enjoyed starting my evening with an Aperol Spritz while sitting in the plaza. Room was a bit smaller than expected but well appointed - it didn’t matter much though as we were only in it to sleep and change.

Anna and Laura at the front desk are very helpful and will go out of their way to make your stay great. They arranged our ride from Naples and are willing to go above and beyond to make your stay on the Amalfi coast as memorable as possible. Would absolutely stay here again.

Extremely friendly staff. Gave great instructions. Helped us make dinner reservation and arrange transport back and forth the parking garage. Impeccable view from the room. Stayed 3 nights and we loved our time here.

Love this place, i was there the second week in September. First the staff was great, Anna and Laura, Thank you. Great location, walking distance to all you want to see and do in Ravello. You should really consider this place

Stopped in for a glass of wine on a whim here. The service was wonderful, and we enjoyed sipping wine on the outdoor deck.
