Posizione ottima per girare Alba a piedi. Belle camere ben arredate, con bagno. Gestito da una Signora gentilissima !

Ambiente molto confortevole. Ottima colazione. Accoglienza simpatica della Sig. ra Giusi. Lo consigliamo.

Une très grande gentillesse de l'accueil confère à cet hôtel simple, propre et idéalement placé dans le centre historique, toute sa valeur pour un tarif vraiment raisonnable.

I loved the authenticity of this b&b. If you are looking for 4* standard, this isn't the right place for you. The landlady only spoke Italian, but kindness doesn't have a language barrier. The furnishings, like the building, were in keeping with the old world charm of this part of the town. The furniture was antique and like some of the artwork, a little bizarre. if I could read Italian, there was a lot of personal history in these rooms and common areas. The continental breakfast was adequate and the breakfast room was lovely, buzzing with the chatter of the other guests, which, from what I could tell, were mostly Italian.

The location couldn't be more conveniently situated, especially for the truffle festival. It is only a 5 minute walk from the train station as well.

The room itself was large enough, but tended to be cooler in the evening (the comforter in the wardrobe was a welcome addition). Also voices from the next room over, as well as the plumbing of the bathroom could be heard. However this isn't a 'party' hotel and sensible hours were kept by the other occupants.

Check out time was 11:00, but as our train wasn't until 5pm, the landlady happily let us keep our packed bags in the room until we were ready to head to the train station!

There are no lifts/elevators in the building which is good to be aware of, as you will need to carry your bags up the two flights of stairs.

Pulizia cortesia e qualità

Location in centro ad Alba (tre stelle), senza parcheggio. Check-in/checkout veloce e cortese (4 stelle) Prezzo economico (4 stelle). Letto comodo e lenzuola pulite (4 stelle). Vicinanza di un bar pertanto la notte rumori e schiamazzi (due stelle). Camera alla buona (con macchie di umidità) ma pulita e dignitosa (tre stelle). Asciugamani in abbondanza puliti e non logori (quattro stelle) Bagno con tracce di umidità; purtroppo al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un asciugamano sporco per terra (una stella). Colazione buona (tre stelle).

Sicuramente ottima posizione, colazione semplice ma valida. Accoglienza e pulizia decisamente migliorabili

Che dire?
Prezzo 1 notte compresa la colazione limitata a caffè o cappuccino con cornetti, Nutella e confetture della hero's.
Struttura gestita da una signorai originaria della piana di Lamezia che poverina fa del suo meglio nella gestione di questa giostra molto malandata dove il proprietario se non prende provvedimenti a breve rischia la chiusura.
La camera e il bagno molto grandi, aria condizionata, letti separati con funzione matrimoniale e testata in legno finemente rifinito con tanto di mensolina centrale poggia smartphone per riprendere performance amorose. Le foto su booking sono un minuto dopo che sono andati via i muratori.
