Oh my goodness where to begin…clean rooms, perfect location, parking…yes…but Alberto, the host, is amazing. He is above and beyond any host we have ever had. Our stay was so comfortable and I can’t say enough good things about Casa Agnese. If you don’t book here you are truly missing out on a most wonderful experience.

The best place you will ever stay. Book it now to enjoy all that Alba has to offer. We spent our honeymoon at casa Agnese and loves every minute of it.

The owner, Alberto Agnese, is a god among men and Alba is his kingdom. He is the nicest, kindest, most knowledgeable man you will ever meet. His room are flawless and clean. He picked us up from the train station at night even though we could've walked 5 minutes. He helped us book restaurant reservations, taxis, and more. He recommended an awesome tour company that we used. He and his wife bake a delicious homemade breakfast every morning. We are still dreaming about it.

Absolutely perfect. Alberto was a wonderful host. The rooms are immaculately clean and the breakfast very good with some home baked pastries when we stayed. Highly recommended.

This was a perfect location with one of the most hospitable managers. The rooms, so clean you would have thought they where freshly remodeled with a very convenient mini bar in the room. He made fresh bread and pastries every morning and made sure we had good recommendations on dinning, and was more than willing to help us with reservations. Casa Agnese was located very near a pedestrian street with so many shops and dinning, the location was perfect for Vinum. Even had an ancient Roman road you can see. Short easy walk to the train station.

From the moment you enquire about a room, Alberto Agnese is the host we all wish for. Alberto is quick to respond to questions about his bed and breakfast prior to booking. We were looking to have wine tasting day around Alba. He recommended a local company (LoveLanghe) that put together a customized wine day based on our preferences .

Booking is easy. We booked pretty far in advance and as our stay neared, Alberto checked in to make sure we had transportation arranged. He recommended restaurants for our first night in town and booked the one we chose.

The location of the bed and breakfast is in the old city center and close to everything you want to see.

We stayed in the two downstairs rooms, Josephine and Namaste. Our room was king bed, plenty of room with a balcony. Bathroom was very spacious. Alberto checked beforehand and provided separate beds for our daughter’s room. They had couch and bathroom with tub and shower. The air conditioning in each room worked extremely well.

Every morning at the time of our choosing, Alberto had breakfast ready with ham, salami, cheese, yogurt, homemade breads, homemade pastries, and juices. He made us fresh coffee, cappuccino, mocha chino, etc.

Alberto also checked on our wine tasting reservation and car when leaving to make sure everything was in order.

You could not ask for a better host for your stay in Alba. Casa Agnese is highly recommended.

Amazing hospitality by Alberto and Daniela. Your extensive advice and tips for the region (including help in booking restaurants and activities) was great and you really made us feel at home. The B&B is centrally located and perfect for day trips in the region and evenings in Alba. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we will be back next year!

There are so many wonderful things I can say about this perfect B&B but you have to start with the owner and host, Alberto. For three months before our visit, I sent him a ton of emails to set up various wine tastings, restaurant reservations, etc., and each and every email was answered so promptly it was amazing.

Each and every winery he set up for us was brilliant, as were his restaurant recommendations.

Now onto the B&B itself. Located about a block an a half from the main street of Alba, the location was perfect. They have a private parking area which was appreciated. The rooms were very comfortable with good AC and excellent wifi.

Breakfast, with home cooking (and service from Alberto himself) was wonderful. Everyday there were an assortment of freshly baked goods and eggs on demand Anything you needed or wanted was there for you at breakfast. My only wish is that there were fresh water bottles in the room every day.

Alberto is the consummate host and I just can't say enough good things about this gem of a B&B. In fact a couple of days after we left, we came back into Alba and had to say hello to him while we were there.

This B&B gets my highest recommendation- you feel like you are home....but with the best host in the industry!! We miss you already Alberto!!

What an incredible find.
Perfectly located at the edge of the Alba old town (be careful to avoid the ZTL if driving a car!), this place was a jewel.
Our room was huge and all recently remodeled with the latest furnishings (the skylight in our bathroom was amazing!).
Secured, off-street parking available as well which was very handy. Alberto was an amazing host and kept us entertained at breakfast and was an encyclopedia of information on the Alba area.
For the wine people out there, Piedmont is by far the most beautiful wine country I have ever seen.
Do it if you haven't already and stay at Casa Agnese.
I'll be back and I know where I'll be staying!

Great hospitality at this B&B! Well appointed rooms with all comfort, I would not change it for a five star hotel due to the homey feeling. Prime location, walk to Alba center and short drives to all wine regions. Great breakfast and plenty of attention from owners. When back in the area will stay here for sure!

Best B&B in Alba. Don't tell anyone.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wurde täglich gereinigt. Es fehlte an nichts (Hausschuhe, Shampoo, Tücher, Föhn, Streckeisen).
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Alberto begrüsst. Das reichhaltige Frühstück wurde mit Herz zubereitet mit selbst gebackenem Brot und Gebäck.
Casa Agnese liegt sehr Zentral in Alba, wenige Gehminuten an der Fusszone entfernt.
Der Gastgeber Alberto hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt und diverse Tipps gegeben sowie Reservationen gemacht ( Restaurant, Weingut).
Für ein nächstes Mal Alba, gehört Casa Agnese dazu. Wir können Casa Agnese nur weiter empfehlen!

Esperienza bellissima in questo B&B di Alba, a 2 passi dal centro. Alberto il proprietario è una persona fantastica ti fa sentire come a casa, sempre disponibile e dispensa consigli sui luoghi da visitare, sui ristoranti ecc. Ottimo.

Se volete sentirvi a casa, Casa Agnese è il posto perfetto. Camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione buonissima con prodotti fatti in casa, posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro. Poi c’è Alberto, che dire, persona spettacolare, sempre disponibile, insieme abbiamo fatto delle belle chiacchierate, dove ha risposto a tutte le nostre curiosità. Davvero non potevamo chiedere di meglio, appena ritorneremo ad Alba sicuramente ritorneremo a Casa Agnese.

Uno dei posti più confortevoli dove abbia alloggiato. Un Albergo a 5 stelle in versione Bed & Breakfast. Le camere arredate con classe, gusto e molto funzionali. Molte le attenzioni da parte del proprietario, colazione stupenda con tantissime cose da assaggiare. Una bellissima esperienza da consigliare a tutti. Veramente complimenti.

Casa Agnese è veramente un posto meraviglioso dove soggiornare. Praticamente a pochi passi dal centro storico di Alba, da ristoranti e osterie. Il proprietario Alberto è una persona gentile e disponibile

Posizione strepitosa, in centro storico con parcheggio ma fuori ztl. Camere accoglienti e comode con un letto invidiabile; colazione super, con pane, dolci e salati preparati in casa. Ma su tutto il titolare Sig. Alberto, una persona con un dono particolare per l'accoglienza, capace di trasformare con i suoi consigli una vacanza in un'esperienza. Grazie!
