archeoParc Schnalstal - Ötzi Museum

This reconstruction of a stone age village is fun and educational for the entire family. We learned how to make fire with rocks, cook bread on an open fire, shoot a bow and arrow, and ride a canoe carved from a tree trunk. It was a big hit with both children who were determined to hit a plastic bunny with their wooden arrows. The museum does a great of explaining how life in the Alps was 5,000 years ago and there are plenty of hands on activities that make learning interesting.

inside it's very interesting with all the details of how/when Oetsi was found. But it's outside where the magic happens. lots of funny, interesting activities for the whole family. How oetsi used to start a fire? How did he go for a hunt? etc. definitely worth a visit!!! oh, by the way, did I mention that everyone is really very nice? great place

A lot of activities will give you the possibility to understand Ötzi's world. Very professional staff. Recommended in rainy days.

Interessante museo sulla nota mummia di Otzi e quelle che erano le sue condizioni di vita. All'esterno del museo hanno ricreato un villaggio attraverso il quale i bambini possono vedere l'evoluzione delle tecniche usate per costruire le capanne nelle varie epoche ed all'interno del quale possono fare vari laboratori tipo tiro con l'arco, accedere il fuoco o fare il pane ma tutto calato nei tempi in cui viveva Otzi. Esperienza interessante, vale per pena.

Perfekt für Familien. Die Beiden Betreuer Vorort sind sehr fachkundig und bemüht. Die Zeit vergeht wie im Flug beim Stockbrot backen, Feuer machen, Bogen schießen, Korb flechten, Einbaum fahren,...

Sehr schöner Ort, um die frühere Geschichte des Schnalstales und des südlichen Alpenraumes zu erkunden. Auch den Ötzi, als typischen Bewohner, ist ein Teil der Ausstellung gewidmet. Was wir nicht gesehen haben sind originale Exponate aus der Zeit.

Aktiv erleben kann man Töpfern, Stockbrot, Einbaum fahren und Bogenschießen.

Vor allem für Kinder ein tolles Erlebnis!

Divertimento assicurato per i bambini di tutte le età. Bellissime le esperienze e i laboratori e molto interessante il museo.
Ogni mezz'ora si può assistere ad uno dei lab. Vuoi scoprire come accendere un fuoco con le pietre? Realizzare un braccialetto in pelle con l'utilizzo di una pietra per incidere o vuoi tirare con l'arco e navigare su una pagaia in legno? Allora sei nel posto giusto!

Museo chiuso e all'aperto dedicato ad otzi dove propongono laboratori del neolitico a fare ai bambini,dai braccialetti,il fuoco come veniva acceso,il punteruolo da fare e cucinare il pane nel fuoco,giro in canoa dove sono stati ricostruiti i villaggi neolitici del po e dei villaggi alpini

Bellissima esperienza per i bambini e per i ragazzi, ma anche per gli adulti! Staff gentile e disponibile. Preferibile prenotare per i gruppi. Se volete ripercorrere tuta la vita di Otzi questo è il luogo giusto. Toccare e sentire con le mani l'esperienza di 5000 anni fa. Curiosità cultura e manualità vengono stuzzicate da questo posto singolare!

Ein eindrucksvolles Museum was lehrt wieder die Natur, das Können und Wissen unserer Ahnen zu schätzen! Viele Animationen für Kinder alle Sinne zu gebrauchen, Fragen zu stellen, zu schauen!! Sehr empfehlenswert für junge und ältere Neugierig-Gebliebene!!

Posto molto bello. Visitato in autunno con paesaggi magnifici. La struttura è ben organizzata e ben gestita. Ottima divulgazione didattica molto divertente per grandi e piccini. Staff preparato e molto gentile. Bravissimi!
Consiglio il pacchetto con i 3 percorsi e di provare la canoa e il tiro con l'arco.
