Amazing and incredibly friendly service. Very competent at what they do.

Received a wonderful service, they had exactly the right product that fit my bike, installed it and also pumped my tires for free. I also got some Bike traveling advice for Italy. Very nice experience!

We have been on a bike journey from Germany to Italy for the past few weeks. Upon arriving in Rome, we needed to find bike boxes to ship our bikes back to Canada. I had contacted Bicificio Dinamo about giving us bike boxes. They were incredibly responsive to my emails and when we showed up they had bike boxes available for us. The staff is fantastic and very helpful! Thanks for making the end of our bike journey so easy and supporting the biking community!

On my ride back to Termini train station to get home to Lucca, a puncture happened. These guys helped me make the train on time. Perfect service. I often visit Roma and would always use this shop. Thank you all, really perfect service. Added, was not at all expensive.

Enthusiastic and passionate staff, they have created a more 'urban' feeling shop than most others in town with well selected brands, and a great selection from cargo bikes to tourers. The workshop looks after my steel racer and am happy especially with Nario's knowledge and personal service. Worth a trip!

‘Good technical support, bad client management’.

That was the beginning of my last review, but the guys handled my case really well. They insisted on not getting payed and they really fixed the misunderstanding we had last time.

I need to say I appreciate the gesture, it’s been 3 months since the last time I visited them, they remembered and walked the talk.

This is the bike shop to go to in Rome. Paolo Spinozzi and his team run an urban feel, LA style bike shop that sells a range of E bikes both new and used. They care… they find the right bike for you and your needs. Repairs, flats, helmets, carriers they have it all and will fit it quickly and efficiently. My Riese & Müller I just bought is amazing, they gave me a full introduction to all the systems and made sure I was totally happy with everything. 10/10 love these guys and their espresso

I wanted to write this review and give credit where its due. I Dropped into Bicificio Dinamo to see their extensive range of quality bicycles, E-bikes and accessories. I was not disappointed. I was greeted by Paolo and Luna. I found them both to be passionate about bicycles and professional in their approach.

I explained I was on holiday from Australia and wanted to see a E-bike called the Tern GSD. Not only did see it I was allowed to ride it in the streets of Roma. What an amazing bicycle and experience.

Dinamo is a very nice bicycle shop. If you are searching for a e-bike, cargo bike, foldable bike or a elegant normal bike, this is the right place to find it! I went there with my trike from hp velotechnik to get it repaired. They really know what they are doing (especially when it comes to bicycles which are not totally common) and I am very happy with there work!

We had a problem a difficult problem with our e-bike on our tour through Italy. Nobody could help us, only the team of Bicificio!! They really knew what to do and made an excellent job.

Di meglio non avrei potuto trovare. Un guasto improvviso alla mia bici mi ha fatto scoprire questo eccellente negozio/officina dove competenza e gentilezza regnano sovrane.
Nonostante avessero tante bici in riparazione, immediatamente hanno fatto una prima riparazione di emergenza sulla mia, per consentirmi di poter tornare a casa e fornendomi un preventivo per le opportune riparazioni da effettuare. Ho quindi riportato la bici, hanno curato e gestito il lavoro per farla tornare come nuova! Tutto lo staff è competente e professionale, chiaramente sono esperti del settore oltre che appassionati, la disponibilità e cortesia non sono da meno. Un ringraziamento in particolare a Nario per aver seguito passo passo la mia riparazione con accuratezza e dedizione. Consigliatissimo!

On voyage à vélo, en partant de Rome on rencontre des petits problèmes de vis sur un des vélos. Ils nous ont bien aidé et ils sont super cool !

Esco di casa per andare a vedere un paio di negozi di bici, prima tappa Bicificio Dinamo e niente da fare non sono andato oltre perché quando trovi persone competenti, professionali, simpatiche ma che soprattutto amano il proprio lavoro non puoi che essere felice e capire che quella realtà fa per te.
Il proprietario Paolo può essere visto come un ottimo venditore e sicuramente lo è, ma io l'ho definito un inguaribile romantico.
Mi ha saputo consigliare perfettamente, sempre molto attento nel cercare il miglior compromesso per le mie esigenze, acquistare la bici è stato davvero bello.
La bici che ho preso ha però un grande difetto, è troppo bella :-) e tutte le mattine faccio un po' fatica ad arrivare in orario al lavoro dato che in molti mi fermano però anche qui Paolo era stato onesto... me lo aveva anticipato.
Ancora grazie per tutto e verrò presto a trovarvi con le bimbe che sono davvero felici della fantastica bici :-)

Cordiali professionali, molto gentili e disponibili.
Sono stato oggi pomeriggio con mio figlio per risolvere un piccolo guasto al suo monopattino e lo hanno risolto immediatamente.
Sono quei posti su cui ci si può fidare a occhi chiusi.
