I highly recommend this shop especially for “ASIAN TOURISTS”. As for me, lots of situations happened in Italy, making me feel uncomfortable with the only reason I’m Asian. At the same shop in Milan, staff seemed look down on me when I asked price as ENGLISH. But, the girl in this shop, with black short hair and big eyes, asked me if I need help and tried to find the size what I asked. Even I asked about colors, size so many times, she kept giving me big smiles. Also, she checked the model is available in the other shops in Italy.
During I paid at the counter, she was kind and well explained about tax refund.
I’ll definitely re-visit this shop whenever come to Rome. 한국인들에게 강력히 추천합니다 :)

I don’t think I’ve ever had such customer service from UK stores. Simone was a pleasure to deal with, he got me anything I asked for from the stock room and addressed any queries I had regarding the tax refund process. A true gentleman, even went out of his way to email me and ask about how my experience was one week after I had returned home. We discussed a lot of things, about life back home and what he does during his holidays. As I said, I think I have a new friend, will be going back soon to visit Simone and grab a few new bits.

Great store! Lots of good items on sale and generally a lot of options.

One of the nicest people ive met in a designer store, got a free present and a nice conversation. Will visit again when im in rome!

Staff couldn't help enough, although sizes where limited as stock was on sale, overall very pleased with this visit
