Simone was an amazing host. Multitalented individual who was attentive and welcoming during our stay. He prepared beautiful breakfast and the best cappuccinos I’ve ever had. The rooms and bathrooms were super clean and so beautiful. Simone’s place is a jewel in beautiful Roseto. I wish to be back at the B&B with my family sipping on cappuccinos someday soon.

Beautiful room and pristine building. It is upscale and very comfortable, the bed was perfect, the bathroom really nice too. The host is extremely helpful and will go out of his way to make you feel at home. It is located in the heart of this breathtaking village which is very convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Simone was professional assisting us in every way from making dinner reservations to town tours. Morning breakfast including family fresh baked cakes & cappuccinos were delicious! His service was excellent and he is very friendly and attentive. The B&B is spacious very clean and decor was stylish. We had a most memorable stay and will definitely come again!

What a pleasure to stay here. Located in the heart of Roseto your always close to everything. Simone made our stay in Roseto even better by providing exceptional rooms and service. A wide variety of choices for breakfast, fresh fruit plus espresso, milk and juices. If I needed anything he would always be ready to help. It was a pleasure getting to know Simone. We will definitely stay at B&B Il palazzo again and recommend anyone looking for a relaxing stay to book it.

Beautiful rooms and the nicest staff. We had a great stay at ‘Il palazzo’, Simone made sure nothing was missing and welcomed us with delicious breakfast every morning. The B&B is perfectly located at the very core of Roseto so that shops and restaurants are easily accessible. Personally, I also appreciated the good WiFi at the B&B since it was hard to find good signal outside.
Will definitely be staying there again next year!

Simone is the best! B&B II palazzo was the nicest place we stayed during our 10 day trip in Italy. Next time we will stay longer! Everything was perfect! The rooms are beautiful, the B&B is in the town center. The breakfast was delicious! Best capachinino during our stay too! Simply magical! We will be back!!

Amazing experience very clean beautiful view and amazing sized rooms! The beds are very comfy, great detail on the walls and in the rooms the balconies are very large sized and you will have all your daily needs. But the best part is the owner Simone who makes you feel like you’re at home and can help you with all your needs, and the location can’t get better than this right beside the piazza and is walking distance from everything. There’s a camera where you can see who’s at the door and you can call Simone from it. There are vending machines with snacks and drinks if you get hungry or thirsty during your stay. There is a playground for your little ones to play in during the day in the lawn. Multiple ac units in every room so you won’t sweat during a sunny humid day. All the furniture is modern and brand new, 5 stars is not enough for the amazing experience I had here, -Mr.Zaloua

Beautiful B and B right near Piazza! Very clean and comfortable. Incredible views of the Monti Dauni mountains. The host is very friendly and helpful!

Gran posto. Centralissimo, ma comunque molto tranquillo. Arredamento moderno e massima pulizia. Proprietario molto gentile, disponibile e cordiale. Dopo un lungo giro in bici da San Bartolomeo in Galdo abbiamo recuperato con una bella dormita e un'ottima colazione. Ho apprezzato molto il fatto che Simone abbia assecondato la mia fissazione di mangiare pane olio e pomodoro prima di salire in sella. Grazie ancora, torneremo

A seguito di una esperienza molto positiva, condivido tutte le recensioni positive su questo B&B con l'eccezione del solito idiota dalla falsa recensione con 2 stelle senza commento che comunque è stato individuato e <>.

ogni volta che andiamo a Roseto siamo ospiti del B&B Il palazzo! Struttura perfetta, pulitissima e in pieno centro! E Simone è sempre gentilissimo! lo consigliamo a tutti :-)

Trascorriamo una notte in questo nuovissimo b&b nel cuore del paese. Tra gli aspetti positivi c'è proprio la posizione: posto sulla via del corso permette di lasciare l'auto, tra l'altro nel giardinetto interno, e godersi le vie del paese. Completamente ristrutturato, le camere sono spaziose, ben arredate e curate nei dettagli che le rendeno molto accoglienti. Colazione dolce con torte artigianali, fette biscottate, Yogurt e bevande. Simone, Il proprietario, è a completa disposizione degli ospiti: davvero un tuttofare! Consiglio anche a famiglie.

Ottima struttura; non manca nulla. Appartamenti nuovi, spaziosi, pulitissimi, arredati in modo moderno, con bagni perfetti e letti comodi. Il nostro appartamento era silenzioso e dotato di terrazzo attrezzato con affaccio sulla splendida valle del Fortore, quello dei ragazzi una spaziosa tripla con affaccio sul corso principale del paese. Gli appartamenti hanno accesso allo spazio comune dove c'è la cucina dotata di stoviglie e elettrodomestici, e i tavoli per fare colazione.
Il B&B ha inoltre un parcheggio e un bel giardino attrezzato e curato. La posizione nel centro del paese è strategica sia per muoversi a piedi sia per raggiungere la struttura in macchina nei periodi estivi quando c'è la chiusura pedonale del corso.
Se ciò non bastasse ad arricchire il tutto c'è da segnalare la cortesia e la disponibilità del giovane proprietario Simone, persona garbata, gentile e attento ad ogni esigenza dei suoi ospiti. Da segnalare la colazione dolce con torte artigianali squisite, spremute, succhi di qualità, Yogurt e bevande. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, e ovviamente lo consiglio assolutamente per passare una piacevole e rilassante vacanza rosetana come la nostra.

La mia esperienza in questo luogo è stata bellissimo camera formidabile con un bellissimo bagno letto e cuscini comodissimi con balcone che si affaccia in piazza un colazione buonissima e Simone il principale gentilissimo sempre disponibile una persona gentilissima. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B.
