Cerana Relax Hotel

Please review your policy of charging 3 euros per person coperto at dinner when the guest is also having accomodation in the hotel. This is very inhospitable. Really.
Also, 14 euros eggs benedict on top of the payed breakfast?
What’s next? Extra 5 euros when using the toilet?
This is low cost airline behaviour.
Honestly, it is shameful and doesn’t do you any honour.
Plus, you lose more in terms of image than you gain in terms of money.

After at least a dozen stays in Madonna, we have - for the fourth time in a row - decided to stay at the Cerana hotel.

With a tiny bit of perseverance, you can book a big enough apartment, most rooms have a good view onto the ice rink, the centre and the mountains.

The hotel is not very big, and thanks to that the atmosphere is peaceful, it is very clean and the staff are very friendly.
The kitchen has a very quick service, but breakfasts could be served until a bit later - eg 10.30-11 - on a day off, or after a morning walk, you need to hurry a bit to finish your meal by 10am.
A great advantage of this hotel is the close proximity to the ski lifts and a big ski rental.
We have stayed in the Ambiez hotel multiple times - it’s certainly recommended if you are travelling with many kids, and you prefer to stay in one big apartment with your whole family, on a more limited budget.
Closer to the town’s center, close to the ski lift, and with a smaller family, the Cerana hotel will be a good solution, which we chose for ourselves again this year.

We stayed in a very large and cozy room, good space for us and our 2 kids, 2 large wardrobes, everything was very clean, fridge and large bathroom, sofa and small table, we felt very comfortable.

The hotel has amazing view and is literally beside the ski-slope. Just 5 minute walk away we found a large playground for the kids, cafes and bars so the location is strategic.

At the hotel we had our own large locker to put all the skiing equipment (so we didn't have to have all that stuff in the room which is great).
There is a lovely spa area and inside pool which the kids where very exited about. There is also a small playroom in the hotel.

Our favorite thing was the food!! We felt like eating in a starred restaurant! The breakfast is was complete with so many options! Everything was just delicious!

This is a hotel that will satisfy even the most demanding guests. The position is almost on the track itself. About fifty meters from the Spinale gondola. Breakfast and dinner are extremely good, all quality products. Rooms extremely comfortable and clean. Wellness slightly smaller, but very good. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. This is a hotel worth returning to again.

This hotel is amazing. First you recieve a warm welcome. Our car was parked in a garage in the basement. We really loved our room, it had a view of the village. In the room you have everything. I loved the part where the room was seperated with a wooden wall with turning tv inside it...so practical. The room has big closet which is also very practical. Room was cleaned every day - I have to compliment the cleaning, it was done with perfection. The location of the hotel is great, just a few steps from the cable. And at night it is soo quiet, really peacefull. The swimming pool is small bit heated and good also for kids. Sauna is nice and you get there complimentary water and tea. The food in this hotel is amazing, we loved it, so tasy, especially dinner. Breakfast has everyhting, I loved the part where I can make my own fresh juice.Many thanks to the staff in the restaurant and in a bar, they were super nice, kind, and they always served us with a smile. We will for sure return next year. Thank you Cerana hotel team to make our stay so memarable.

We stayed here for one week in mid-January with a group of 5 other people and really enjoyed our experience. The hotel strike a nice balance of cozy ski lodge yet modern which makes it feel overall incredibly comfortable. The location is basically ski-in / ski-out to one of the Gondols's on the Mountain which made for reall easy ski days. We really enjoyed the spa ammenities which are open to all guest for free (pool, hot(ish) tub, relaxation room, sauna, steam room, and different showers,we also paid for two massages) and the great ski lockers that each room has for storing all of thier gear right next to the exit for the slopes. The center of town is a 5 - 10 minute walk and you can walk to the other Gondola that gets you to the other side of the mountian in ~10 minutes. I would really push for staying in Madonna Di Camp if looking across the various towns in the region based on what we say.

Breakfast every morning was really great and included made-to-order egg dishes and a variety of fruits, breads, and pasteries (we didn't eat dinner or lunch at the hotel durring our stay, but many of the guest did). The only little hiccup we had was a misunderstanding about the cost of a fruit & cookie plate (50 euros) they sent / I asked about to celebrate the day of our engagement that happened durring this trip, however we were able to reach a reasonable compromise about billing before leaving. Would have been nice if they could have done a little something compllimentary or as a surprise when I talked to the desk about it ahead of time, but wasn't expected per se.

My only other two suggestions would be to turn up the hot tub tempurature a bit more and make sure the ice / snow is cleared from the top of the garage ramp (need to put on chains to get out one morining). None of these things though were significant detractors from our experience :)

Overall would definitely recommend this to others looking for a place to stay in the region. I felt like this was a great overall value and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if returning to the area.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location- very close to both the town and the lifts. The rooms and main lobby and restaurant are very nicely decorated. The breakfast is also very good. The spa area is a great way to relax at the end of the day. But the reason they get 5 stars is the staff - always willing to get you everything you need to make your stay memorable. Group of 8 friends on a 4 day skiing break. Fabulous location next to the lifts and convenient for town. We were very well looked after by very friendly staff. Excellent facilities

This place is one of the best hotels I ever stayed.
The hotel itself designed beautify, large cosy room with a balcony and amazing view to the mountains.
The stuff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
I loved the SPA, the food and everything about it.
Once at the lunch time I was hungry and the hotel restaurant was closed, but I told the receptionist that I would like to eat some salad before I leave and I was kindly offered it and not even charged.
I rate it 10 out of 10 because it is really worth it.

We recommend to friends your hotel. Thank you for your comfort and kindness to our children. Particularly pleased with the fun for the smallest, separate room for their leisure. Remainingly impressed, thank you.
