Friend of mine, I call him B…he told me that I must try this wine & first nose pick….spiced aroma follow with light of rose petals….mouth feel feel full of dark berries following hint of coca, vanilla bean with soft acidity…medium to long superb finish…I told B this is a definite wines we should have.

We tried their chardonnay per our sommelier’s recommendation. Wow! This is possibly the best Chardonnay we’ve ever had! We were fortunate that the winery owner and wine maker were dining at the same restaurant that night and we were able to say hello. They were incredibly kind! We wish we had time to visit the winery. It’s clear they are passionate about their wine and olive oil and are going to be champions one day!
