Great company. I ordered gate automation in Sunday night. Monday morning kit was all ready send to me to UK and after 3 days I get kit. Everything was properly packed. When I fix motor I have problem with set up. I was texting to support 10 pm and after couple minutes i receive massage back. Guys very helpful. Grazie mille !!

I purchased two rams to replace a defective motor that isn’t available now (Aster3). The Sargon S which I was advised to order is a perfect direct replacement, using my existing brackets and control unit.
The shipment to the UK was immediate, the customer service was fantastic, and not to mention the cost saving versus alternatives was really decent.

If you're thinking of buying electric gates I'd highly recommend this company.

I always thought they'd be expensive to buy and difficult to install, but the whole experience was easy and very reasonably priced.

Their website and ordering system is excellent.
Their communication was excellent.
The kit was well packaged and dispatched really quickly.
It arrived in Ireland within days thanks to DHL.
I installed it the next day using the excellent instructions.
It's well made and the quality feels excellent.
No more getting out in the rain to open the gates!

It's been a long time since I've received such good service and I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking for an electric gate kit.

Additional note: It's been a year since I installed my Sargon kit and it's been excellent. No problems in frozen conditions and no rust on the rams at all. I'm still really pleased.

Commande expédié rapidement vers la france (6jours).
J'étais sceptique car jamais utilisé PayPal mais je regrette pas.
Moteur de 120nm 3x moins chère que le moins cher des concurrents...

J'ai acheté deux moteurs et une centrale de commande. Rien ne fonctionne
Les moteurs refusent de démarrer et semblent inadaptés à mes vantaux. Soit ouverture totale, soit fermeture mais pas les deux ensemble quelle que soit la position du système, et ce malgré la scrupuleuse observation de la notice.
Pas de réponse à mes courriels.
J'en fais quoi de tout ce bric à brac?

Finalement, le sav m'a dépanné.
Renvoi d'une nouvelle carte electronique.

Nombreux echanges de couriels.

Je revois mon avis de façon positive.

On s'était trompé de modèle de moteur,la société OXY a TOUT fait pour nous aider et solutionner le problème très rapidement et gentiment alors que c'était une erreur de NOTRE part.
