The Terrace Hotel

(on holiday from England) Basic and a little tired but very clean, and very helpful, friendly staff. Perfect location, 3 minutes walk to the chair lift, almost next door! Breakfast is simple continental buffet style, and for vegan/veggie options you'd need to ask in advance or stick to fruit and bread. WiFi was not always working but I think that was a temporary issue - all the bars and cafes have WiFi if you get stuck. Try Max Café for daytime eats and Pizza House for the best pizza you've ever tasted.

L'arredamento si adatta perfettamente alla tradizione alpina. Il camino situato nella zona centrale del salone riscalda l'ambiente, consigliatissimo :)

Great service from all the staff, particularly receptionist/ bar person/ all round advisor Svetlana. Otherwise, the hotel is rather dowdy and surprisingly empty even though it is shown as full on the booking sites. Very handy for the slopes though.

Clean, friendly staff, reasonable buffet breakfast. I'd stay again.

Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal, god mat eller riktigt god mat. Tyvärr dras betyget ned av DDR liknande standard av hela hotellet, men vem ska sitta på hotellet när man är i alperna? Det finns biljardbord och Free Internet.

Да нормуль. Инет порой падал, а так по спартански все.

On the plus side: nice staff, very good positioning towards the ski lift (30 m), amazing view, very clean
On the minus: same breakfast EVERY DAY, with very limited / no options (and you cannot choose to not have / pay it), old furniture & carpentry, the double bed is composed of two single beds (which are made of metal)
Overall, a poor quality price ratio, since you have to pay around €140 per night, which is some of the best prices around, but nevertheless too much for what they are offering

Basic, decent hotel. Friendly staff, but nothing special, decidedly no frills.
