Azzurra Makari

We loved it, Amazing Sunset view, we recommend to do reservation or to go late enough (after 9), service like a star restaurant, totally recommend antipasti di pesce.

Having dinner at azzurra makari has been such an experience...we just loved it and enjoyed the time there. The view is stunning, the food is delicious and the plate are really big and filling so overall it is great value for money...the service is really impeccable despite the sunset crowd...
We loved it and we are grateful to our host who suggested us to book.

Azzura is one of our favourites each time we come to San Vito, as we stay in Macari. Always delicious and fresh food, amazing staff that will always recommend you the best dishes and the view!! This is the restaurant with the most beautiful view at sunset!! Amazing team all together!

This was the best restaurant we visited in Sicily! The atmosphere was amazing (the sun had fallen into the sea just before we arrived), the staff was also really nice and friendly (it was a pleasure to speak with them about food), and the food itself was incredible! The ingredients they use are local or D.O.P certified.🤍 I can only recommend ! But be careful because you NEED RESERVATION (minimum 2 days before)!

Amazing restaurant. Have to book in advance, otherwise you might not find a table. This is what happened to us and we had to wait for the second service that started at 9:30. Food was worth the wait, in particular the chef’s mixed seafood appetizer, busiate alle vongole e bottarga di tonno rosso and busiate all’Azzurra Makari. Home wine was also particularly good.

Amazing experience. The food was delicious! I was a bit skeptikal when they told me that the calamari was made in the oven, but they changed my mind! They know what they are doing, it was perfect! I will come back with a reservation so I can sit outside and enjoy the magical sunset!

Had a great meal here, one of the best I have had in Sicily, the views from the menu were amazing and a great place to watch the sunset. Had the mixed seafood starter and did not dislike any part of it. The wine was tasty, the staff were friendly and the bill was fair for what we ate. It can get a bit busy so best to book ahead of possible. If you are in the area I would recommend going.

Beautiful sea view from terrace. Very quiet and cozy place. We liked tuna salad, fish mix plate and fish with tomato family recipe. But dessert tiramisu wasn't something special. Like simple ice cream from any shop. I'd recommend visit if you are close.

Good place for seafood with a good view. Booked a week before via email to make sure we got a table on the terrace.

My partner doesn't like seafood and the menu was quite limited for him otherwise we enjoyed a very romantic dinner

Excellent place, good view, nice staff and very tasty food. Prices are also relatively good. Highest recommendation, especially compared to other places in the area.

In love with this place! After a long day of traveling, I had the most wonderful evening in this restaurant. The seafood was so fresh, so well made and delicious that I ran out of adjectives to describe it. If you love seafood, go there! Great experience 👍

Great and friendly staff.
Delicious dishes, especially the chef selection of fresh fish appetizers. You get about 10 different types of fish and they are all so tasty and fresh. It was so nice to leave The touristy restaurants from San Vito Lo Capo for one night and eat here, while enjoying the peacefulness and the beautiful sunset

Food was delicious! Great location and service! We had to wait a bit because we did not have a reservation, so I suggest to reserve ahead!

Awesome restaurant! It was definitely the highlight of our stay in Sicily; we've stayed 5 days and have been there twice. The food is splendid, the atmosphere is great, the terrace and view are breathtaking. The prices are also really fair for what you get. We recommend the I Profumi Del Golfo, all the Busiates and the Sorbetto Al Limone as the finale. Last but not least, Henry - our waiter - was the best. Delightful service and just overall great energy! WE LOVE HENRY!

Exceptional 10/10

Excellent place that's slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town. Food was excellent and fresh. Staff were really friendly and helped us to choose from the menu.

Well worth getting here for the sunset!
