Wonderful food, great service. Don't miss dining at this great restaurant. We managed to make a late booking and were blown away.

WOW.

Finding a non touristy restaurant in Alberobello was a challenge, good thing we found Siné.
Outstanding hospitality, thanks to Gianpaolo, who accommodated our requests and delivered an outstanding service.
The food is typical pugliese with a touch of innovation and a lot of talent from the Chef.
Everything was made fresh in house, from the Focaccia, to the pettole, the pasta, and the desserts.. Oh my, oh my..

The Octopus and Potato salad was outstanding, the octopus was done so tender, it melts in your mouth good.
We had a taste of the Cavatelli with San Michele sausage and it was delicious, the Orecchiette alla crudaiola with tuna tartar was outstanding! The chef knows what he wants for his clients and is delivering the best!
The desert selection was a surprise as we had a taste of everything they have in their menu, plus a free taste of a dessert they're coming up the next week.

Bravi, bravi, bravi.

Fantastic restaurant in Alberobello, just up the street 500m from the old Trulli area. You must do the Degustazione - it truly is a “suprise menu” from the chef (2 antipasti, primi, secondi e dolci for each person). The table next to us received different dishes, so the chef really is improvising for each table, which is very special. GianPaolo the head waiter is charismatic and knowledgeable, speaks excellent English and very clear Italian, and really looked after us with passion and interest in his food. The chef is amazing (having worked with Gordon Ramsey) and the food is 5-stars. MUST go there if you are in Alberobello - but make a reservation, they were turning people away after 8pm and only have limited tables.

Super delicious and authentic Italian pasta. The clams & fish dish is perfectly done. ✅

What a little secret of Alberobello — honestly, wish we saw this place on our first night, because we would have continued to come back any chance we had. Unbelievable food - the tasting menu antipasti is next level and being able to watch the chef create is great. Service is amazing, food is appropriately priced, and you leave feeling like you just had a once in a lifetime experience. Would come back to Alberobello JUST for this food.

First of all as soon as you walk in you feel like at home, you are welcomed by the wonderful staff... everyone is knowledgeable and the suggestions from the wine to the food are perfect.
We had different pastas and each one of them was just amazing...from spaghetti all'assassina to paccheri crudaiola con scampi...bombette...
If you stumble upon this place please walk in and you will be satisfied.

We had the degustation of starters and every one of the three was fabulous! The eggplant, beef tartare and meatballs were so good, esp the beef tartare which was not chewy at all but melts in the mouth. The dessert which came in the form of a trullo had a passionfruit filling which was a good mix with the chocolate. Service was excellent

Delicious food, welcoming staff, only few items on the menu, but all are made on the spot from fresh ingredients. Apparently, the menu changes daily. Everything was amazing from the freshly made bread, through the pasta to the very last bit of the desserts, including the presentation.

On Saturday evening we were strolling through Alberobello and came across Sinè. As we entered we were welcomed by Gianpaolo and gave us a nice seat overlooking the open kitchen.
They had a smaller menu which I always prefer as the ingredients used tend to be more fresh. Well, fresh was an understatement.
We were surprised by taking the antipasti and dish after dish that came, ALL were amazingly well cooked and prepared by chef Hugo and Antonella.
The hospitality and vibe of this place is unmatched. They kept surprising us by bringing out the most amazing platters and dessert. Gianpaolo is thé most friendly maître. Hugo, Antonella and Gianpaolo are a well oiled team.
So much so, we immediately booked for lunch the next day. And again, wow! The food, the ambiance, the friendliness, the hospitality, and so on.. everything works at Sinè. I can say that for me this was my favorite restaurant experience I had in Italy and maybe even my life.
DEFINITELY recommend and would take a big detour to come to this restaurant.
We loved everything about it and hope to come back again in the future.

Had dinner here tonight. I would give them 10 stars if I could. So fresh, so creative, so tasty, awesome ambiance... great people. At the top end of perfection.

Incredible dining experience. Upon entry I was greeted by genuinely friendly staff, and stepped into a restaurant of historical architecture, flawlessly outfitted with modern decor. The food was amazing, and the manner in which diners could observe the chefs was fantastic. The chef was enthusiastic in explaining the name of the restaurant to me, and I could see the passion in each of the staff as they conducted their duties and interacted with us. The Pasta Experience is not a “show” like in a teppanyaki restaurant, but instead an opportunity to watch highly skilled chefs and restaurateurs operating together in their element. Some of the previous reviews mentioned being treated like friends by the staff, and I kind of disregarded the notion, but I now see what they meant. The waiter was incredible, and treated us with the most genuine kindness and hospitality. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in southern Italy, as I feel it is worth travelling for. I don’t normally write these reviews, but if you are in Alberobello, be sure to come here, as for me this dining experience was the most enjoyable that I’ve had in Europe, if not in my life.

This place is simply amazing. The service is excellent and the presentation of the food is spectacular. The tasting menu was perfect to get a bit of everything and the cute trulli dessert was a good finish. Highly recommended.

As soon as we walked through the door we were treated both warmly and professionally. The customer experience was wonderful.
We began with the menu taster antipasti. It was humbling to watch the chef prepare our dishes as though he were creating a work of art with such precision. The dishes not only looked good they were very tasty, delicious.
We also witnessed the pasta hand prepared with exception skill. It was a delight to watch and the resulting dish was sublime.
I have travelled the length of Italy in the past three weeks and this was the best restaurant I've eaten in by far. The food and attention to detail by the complete Sine team was superb.

The absolute best pasta I’ve had in Italy yet after 5 weeks of traveling the entire country from the Dolomites down. Do. Not. Miss. This. Place.

Blown away by this restaurant - and that is an understatement. Came here on a whim and believe me when I say that this is the best meal I’ve had in Italy. The complexity in flavors truly brings out all the chef and his team has to offer. We sat in front of the pasta making counter which was a treat. The tasting menu is a must - they accommodate for pescatarians as well. Can’t say enough good things - felt transported back home to nyc by the sophisticated vibes but the taste is authentically Italian! You must visit when In Alberobello!!

We sat inside next to the music installation and they immediately asked if we wanted less noise. We were seated close to the open kitchen and we thought it was a big vibe looking at the chef who cooked with a nice touch. the food was very nice and if we asked for bread we received tasty focaccia (which was free!). overall was this a really nice and tasty experience! Big thanks for the free espresso 🤩

Siné is a beautifully delicate restaurant who take pride in not only service but also in their handcrafted dishes. Their variety in flavours go beyond what your imagination could put together. They have created a fine dining experience with a family oriented atmosphere. You will feel welcome with each interaction with the staff and your plate. The desserts are creations of art and flavour that will leave you wanting more. If you ever find yourself in Alberobello, Siné MUST be on your list to experience.

Absolutely loved this restaurant! The food was amazing both in presentation and flavour….do not skip on the desserts!!! The staff were friendly and relaxed, and were able to have a laugh and a joke with us. All round, we had an excellent evening. Five stars is not enough!

We saw this place by chance while visiting Alberobello. We could not find too much info on Google but decided to try it anyway, and it turned out to be the best decision we could take! This restaurant is absolutely amazing! First of all, the staff was so kind and professional, we felt at home. The food was delicious, the desserts were a masterpiece. This place is under new management, and it runs by young and extremely talented people. The prices are more than fine and the whole experience was just perfect. If you’re visiting Alberobello do not hesitate, you will not regret this!
