Everything is very delicious! I liked the presentation of the tartare (it is prepared in front of you from the ingredients and sauces that you choose). pasta with mushrooms🫶 is something I won’t forget for a long time! it was amazing!❤

Excellent food and excellent house wine. We had bourguignon snails and deer meet, so perfectly cooked that it melted in our mouths... We felt welcome, the service was very good, friendly staff, clean bathroom. Highly recommended, we would like to come back :)

The place you would want to have all your dinners in town. Beautiful traditional food. Recommend keeping some space for desserts. Delicious tiramisu

Even if it was 4 pm and the waiter was alone. All the restaurants around were closed at that time. He accepted to serve us a “late” lunch which was delicious by the way. The kids enjoyed the pasta. This brasserie is a good Adress and thanks for the waiter-bar tender- chef : all in one

Had a mixture of dishes and they were all exceptional in flavour. Worthy of stop if you are in the Cervinia area.

You can try the 'La Forca'. For two persons at least. If not other typical food from Valley d'Aosta.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene e la nostra esperienza non può che considerarsi più che positiva. Personale gentilissimo, molto simpatici e preparati. Servizio impeccabile e veloce. Piatti ben curati con materie prime di qualità. Locale accogliente, “caldo” ed invitante. Siamo stati ospiti di un’amica quindi non conosco il conto, ma i prezzi del menù li ritengo adeguati e corretti.
P.s.: ottime le crespelle e la crème brûlée alle nocciole.

La location è molto accogliente come d'altronde il personale, che è EVIDENTE che fa questo lavoro con passione, i prezzi sono onestissimi data la qualità eccelsa del cibo messo sulla tavola!
La carne è a dir poco INCREDIBILE e siamo tornati apposta per ritrovare gli stessi sapori della prima volta, consigliamo quindi di provare assolutamente la bistecca alla Chuck Roll non solo perche è molto buona ma perchè dietro c'è una lavorazione pazzesca!

Se vi trovate nei paraggi DOVETE assolutamente passare dalla bracerie du cervin e non ve ne pentirete! Garantito! :)

Le mani sapienti di Matteo riescono a trasformare una cena tipica valdostana in un' esperienza. Abbinamenti studiati, mirati e raffinati. Gli equilibri sono sempre al centro di ogni piatto. Manca la stella ma è come se lo fosse, grazie Matteo.

Alta Qualità del cibo e gentilezza del personale, I piatti ci hanno stupito per gli abbinamenti molto ricercati e porzioni abbondanti ! Tornerò sicuramente per i loro risotti ! Ottimo posto anche per gli amanti della carne ! Consigliatissimo il risotto tartufo e caffè !

Terza settimana di agosto, pranzo in questo ristorante consigliatoci da un conoscitore della zona.

Locale piccolo ma veramente molto fine. Il tempo di attesa è quasi nullo, e lo chef è proprio bravissimo (i piatti sono creativi, deliziosi e curati al dettaglio). Siamo andati già due volte, e torneremo di nuovo. Lo staff è professionale e gentilissimo!
P. S. La tartare è qualcosa di spettacolare!
