Staff is super helpful and can speak english, didn’t experience anything bad(expecting that because of the reviews 😅. I was there to send my package.
-get a ticket for queue
-wait for 5 mins(there’s 3 a head of me)
-ask the staff to send package to destination
-he gave us a box(5€ pay immediately, a price list of what kg to how much and a paper to fill in sender and receiver
-he said after we finish fill everything just wave our hand and he’ll call us
-he weight our parcel and seal them/ do some documents
-we pay for the price and finished

Visited on Saturday, waited only 5 minutes, the staff was friendly

5-6 minutes walk in a small alley (there’s a sign). Needed to post some excess baggage back to Australia. Attended by a very friendly and helpful postal worker (sorry I didn’t get this name) who spoke fluent English. A medium sized box cost €4 and if under 2kg cost €27 euros without a tracking number (cost doubles with tracking number). Items under 2kg will be sent like a letter via plane, quotes 10 days to 2 weeks arrival time.

In questa sede delle poste italiane ho sempre trovato il personale estremamente gentile ...disponibile . Ho sempre avuto un grande aiuto a risolvere i miei problemi. Sono molto preparati tecnicamente e molto cortesi . Pazienti. Io vivo a Mestre E non sposto il conto in terraferma perché non voglio rinunciare ai miei angeli di Venezia

Mi sono recata ieri per chiedee informazioni in merito a proposta luce e gas e oltre ad aver sottoscritto subito il contratto per la convenienza e la trasparenza dei prezzi e rata fissa senza sorprese ho trovato una direttrice professionale e del personale cordiale e molto disponibile . Ottimo servizio complimenti a tutte

In assoluto tra i migliori uffici postali dove possiate andare, svelti, collaborativi, efficienti

Gli impiegati sono gentili e cercano di trovare soluzioni ai problemi. Si trova in lista di Spagna a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria di santa Lucia.
