The sealant was gone in my tire and had a puncture. Came in and they helped me instant. Good service!

Very nice and willing to help owners. I bought a bike on the subito and I had a rear derailleur adjustment, thought the problem was incompatibility between the campagnolo cassette and the shimano derailleur, they found a freehub for my hub, sold a used cassette with almost no wear and tear at a significant discount. Everything was replaced and adjusted, and the bike is now in perfect condition.

Half way through a tour of Corsica and Italy my Basso developed a fault with the rear mech. Recommended to me by the hotel manager, I turned up at 9am to find the shop open and already busy. A quick inspection of the internally routed cable and I was ushered out to get a coffee with the assurance it could be fixed. 30 minutes later and for the excellent price of €15 (😱👍🏼) a new cable and fully operational gears. I am so grateful to these guys, I spent 3 hours the previous night trying to do what they did in minutes. They rescued my tour. A well stocked workshop and some lovely bikes for sale too.

I broke my Ultegra bottom bracket in the hills of Toscane and couldn’t cycle anymore. Took a 45 minute drive to Cecina and this quirky little shop with all kinds of bikes was the first open. An old owner and a younger one who spoke a bit english told me to come back in 1,5 hour. I took my time but after returning I found my bike had acquired a new Ultegra BB! Super service!!

Ich wurde außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit bedient.
Innerhalb einer halben Stunde war eine neue Felge mit meinen Komponenten komplettiert. Der Urlaub war gerettet!

Negozio top per gentilezza e disponibilità a risolvere i problemi. Stamani mi sono presentato per la prima volta in questo negozio (trovato con Google) perché avevo dimenticato a casa le scarpe da MTB. Ebbene ho comprato un paio di scarpe ma la grandissima disponibilità è stata nel procurarmi anche le tacchette per i pedali, tolte da una confezione di pedali nuovi (in quanto non ne aveva di sciolte) per non farmi spendere altri soldi nell'acquisto anche dei pedali. Credo che più di così non si possa!!

Grazie Mille, vielen Dank für die schnelle und professionelle Hilfe ! Mir ist im Urlaub die Fahrradkette meines Cube EBikes gerissen. Innerhalb von 20 Minuten wurde mir ohne Termin die Kette erneuert und betroffene Teile instandbesetzt.
Auch zu unseren Kindern waren die Innhaber, ich denke Vater und Sohn, super herzlich und nett.
Alles in allem also eine sehr tolle Erfahrung !

Helaas kon de fietsenmaker de problemen met mijn Di2 niet oplossen, maar was wel behulpzaam en gaf het goed aan. Voor het uitzoeken werden geen kosten gerekend.

Ich hatte während meines Urlaubs Probleme mit meinem E-Bike. Der Motor
(Bosch) funktionierte nicht mehr. Bin unangemeldet bei Emicicli vorbeigegangen. Hier wurde mir kurzfristig ohne Termin geholfen, ein Kabelstrang war defekt, der innerhalb einer Stunde ersetzt wurde. Der Chef und alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Urlaub war gerettet, grazie mille a tutti!👍Eine klare Empfehlung!

Gentilissimi e disponibilissimi a risolvere i problemi! Acquistato un paio di scarpe per bici da corsa con tacchette perché avevo dimenticato le mie a casa venendo a pedalare al mare….non se ne sono per niente approfittati ed anzi hanno trovato una soluzione economica e assolutamente più che soddisfacente!

MTB Hinterrad mit Plattfuß. Viele Dornen zerstörten meinen Schlauch. Montage neuer Schlauch und Ersatzschlauch für 15 €. Alles in 10 min. Sehr freundliches Personal. Besser geht es nicht !!!! Sowas gibt es in Deutschland leider nicht mehr !!
