A precious gem hidden in a beautiful forest, rich of excellent dishes made with local food and PASSION!! Great wine, knowledgeable and polite staff turning a Sunday into a special occasion. Highly recommended their desserts, the crowning of a meal of tasty starters, delicious first courses and even the simplest focaccia tasted amazing because freshly baked. Hope to return very soon!

Really nice and quite place just a bit outside of acqui di Therme. Went here for dinner and ate outside. On weekends they offer a lot of specials beside the regular menu. Highly recommended. Wanted to come here again but unfortunately it was closed for lunch.

Great food, nice place, extremely friendly staff, not overly expensive and fantastic tiramisu. Close to the tower but a bit out of the beaten path, so it's not crowded at all

Coming back to Osteria 46 is always a great pleasure, for the great quality of the dishes served and for the unmatched atmosphere. You can feel really at home in this amazing Osteria in the heart of the Monferrato region. Great wine is always available and Daniele is always there to advice on the best choice. The dishes are amazing and a great mix of traditional Piemontese cuisine with a personal touch which enriches every dish. I will always come back here every time I am nearby, just because there is no place like Osteria 46!

We sat outside in the lovely garden and shared the different antipasti. Really appreciated the carpaccio and the goat cheese.

The Primi’s and secondi’s were all very tasty and the recommended wine opened our eyes to “arneis”.

For dessert I had 2 flavors of semifreddo and tried some tarte Tatin and peach pana cotta also. The owner makes all desserts himself and they are fantastic.

Much recommended if you want an enjoyable experience at a beautiful location.
