Centrale Venice Apartments

I have rented this apartment 5 times. It is such a lovely space, well located, very clean and well equipped. The hosts are helpful and accommodating. I look forward to my next visit.

Our family holiday staying in Venice was a fantastic experience and staying at Centrale Venice Apartments was the best place we could have chosen. The apartment is spacious, clean, very central and lovely location. Marika looked after us from the time we booked and was exceptionally attentive to making sure we never got lost and we would know where everything we needed was located. I would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Marika for your exceptional efforts for us.

Fabulous apartment, which is central to all the main sites of Venice. Spotlessly clean with all necessary amenities. Manager, Marika, was so very helpful and provided information to enhance our stay. Totally recommend Centrale Venice Apartments and will stay again.

Excellent 3 bed accommodation. Very comfy beds. Lovely we veranda to sit out. Well equipped kitchen and appliances. location is superb. Only negative is the 68-70 steps up to apartment but views great. Would 100% stay again. So central and 1 min from square and in the heart of the expensive shops. Yikes!

Seven years ago, my family and I stayed with Central Venice apartments and I kept the contact in case we returned! We have just done so and the apartment and location were again superb. Comfort, fittings and facilities cannot be faulted. Great value and superb communication to assist with arrival arrangements. Will stay there again if we make another visit to La Serenissima!

The apartment is located in the best location, just a few steps from San Marco Square. Is spacious, clean, warm, with many amenities, fully equipped, comfortable. A welcome drink and a panetone cake was waiting for us and a city guide with helpful information. Polite and helpful stuff. I strongly recommend it!

Spacious, clean and perfect for families. As four adults and one child, we enjoyed the central and easy location. Check in and check out process was easy, and the host was very responsive and provided information proactively.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit einer kleinen Terrasse und für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt ausreichend ausgestattet. Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind mit hervorragenden Matratzen ausgestattet.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Nicht zuletzt auch durch die großartige Unterstützung durch Marika. Sie war für uns immer erreichbar und hatte hilfreiche Tipps für uns. Wir kommen gern mal wieder.

Großartige Wohnung, super zentral aber dennoch ruhig. Die Terrasse und der Wohnbereich sind gemütlich, die Küchenzeile völlig ausreichend für ein paar Tage. Sehr gute Betten.
Der Kontakt mit Marika war super nett und schnell, Nachfragen wurden direkt beantwortet. Jederzeit zu empfehlen!! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Per noi è stato il terzo anno in questo appartemento, contentissimi della pulizia della cordialità del confort e della posizione in cui si trova, sicuramente torneremo per il terzo anno e Marika è straordinariamente gentile e disponibile

Großzügiges Appartement mit kleiner, einladender Terrasse und perfekter Ausstattung. Zentrale Lage sehr nahe am Markusplatz, trotzdem ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre

La ubicación es increíble . Está a una cuadra de la plaza y todo queda muy cerca. Solo que el GPS no sirve para nada.
