Outstanding service for an outstanding experience. The team was generous with their time in explaining details on all the different bike routes. I had a small issue with my bike and they came and met us immediately no questions asked. The towns to visit are unreal. We were offered drinks upon our return. Very friendly group. Bikes were in excellent shape, and were perfect for the terrain of biking on roads and paths throughout Val D’Orcia. Definitely going back one day.

Easy to find on outskirts of small village with easy free parking 100m away. Julia replied promptly to email enquiry, was welcoming and helpful suggesting routes. The self guided downloaded route was picture perfect and easy to navigate on GPX. The ebike was in great condition and functioned perfectly. Thanks Lamin.

Bike Rental Experience in Val D'Orcia!

I recently rented 3 bikes from Ciclofficine. The experience was exceptional. The bikes were excellent and suitable to this kind of adventure.
The staff at Ciclofficine were quite friendly. We were offered cold water at arrival and at our return and the gesture was more than welcomed after a hot day in the sun.

I recommend Ciclofficine to anyone looking to explore Val D'Orcia on two wheels.

We did a guided e-bike tour which was fantastic, the route was beautiful and allowed us to see many sites. They also reserved a beautiful, delicious lunch in Monticchiello.

We rented 10 bikes for a 1 day bike trip around the region, both gravel bikes and ebikes. We arranged the booking via email with Giulia, who was very helpful with the process. The bikes were in excellent condition, and we received a lot of attention when setting them up. Very impressed with their service. Everything was perfect and we had a great day out.

What a wonderful experience meeting and renting from Giulia! She was incredibly helpful on the bike trail recommendations, and even went out of her way to call and speak to our vineyard reservation as we were going to be late. Great eBikes (condition, size choices, battery charge distance) and website access to download trail maps. Friendly, helpful service by Giulia & Liman to get us on the road. And when we got back they helped us with our next day’s route planning. Great place to rent your bikes.

I cannot imagine how any company could be more helpful. Great bikes wonderful staff. We were given a chance to try before committing to hire as we had never ridden electric bikes before. They took us effortlessly to the village at the top of the mountain. Thank you for your care.

The e-bikes are great. It was our first time and we were given a comprehensive lesson before setting off. We follow routes and maps given to us by Ciclofficine, they even showed us how to upload them to our phones. The routes were great, easily manageable twisting through some of the best Tuscan scenery.

20 minutes from home we suffered a puncture. The guy in the shop (so sorry I don't remember your name man) came and got us. My wife was super desperate to finish the cycle as she was having so much fun so he fixed our bike there and then and let us cycle back ourselves, zero extra charge.

Honestly the best experience and cannot recommend higher. Thanks so much for an awesome day!!!

We had a really friendly welcome when we visited to book 2 bikes. We were organised and briefed thoroughly and quickly and the bikes were delivered to where we were staying, and picked up once we finished. The maps and routes are great and easy to follow (take note of the difficulty level to suit you!) and the bikes are excellent and have really good battery range. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Really friendly people, providing high quality and well maintained bikes with locks etc. provided. The pre-planned routes are brilliant and very easy to follow.

New bikes w/ comfortable seats and great power. Super friendly owners who go out of their way to give you the perfect, easy to follow route for the scenery you desire to see. Paths are a mix of gravel/paved and have fantastic views with very little car traffic. We took our teenagers who loved it! By bike is truly the best way to explore this area. We rode when temps were a hot 96 degrees but the route picked for us kept us higher so we had wind to keep us comfortable. Highly recommend this shop!!!!!

I stepped by chance in this bike shop during my Via Francigena since I haven’t found any on my way. What a surprise! Marco is one of the most prepared and professional bike mechanic I’ve ever met.

We were able to get 2 bikes last minute for a half-a-day trip and we were so delighted! The service was excellent, from bike prep to tour advice. The bike was very well equipped and offering fresh water was such a great idea. Also, we followed their recommendation for lunch and it was a nice place with good food.

Great shop! Giulia was very helpful coordinating advance details over email and welcoming us to the shop. Lamin got our bikes all set, installing my wahoo mount and working to dial in the fit for our group. Nice folks and they even had a beer waiting after a long ride. We rented three Maranello gravel bikes which were in good condition and took us on a couple of beautiful excursions around Val D’Orcia. Recommended!

Fantastic experience - Giulia was so helpful, and recommended us an amazing route. She had a big range of bikes - we rented the gravel bikes which were just what we wanted.

Had an amazing day out with ebikes from this place. The people at the shop are very knowledgeable and friendly. The bikes were well kept and worked very well. There are a lot of routes starting from Bagno Vignoni and we chose their 'Excellent Montalcino' itinerary which was amazing, took about 4 hours and even had time for a glass of wine in Montalcino. Would definitely have rented again if we'd stayed a little longer!

Highly recommended. The equipment is high quality and service and
attitude are even better. Very reasonable prices and we even got a discount without asking :) Bike routes are available on your cell phone and the road to Montecello and Pienza was just beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful day

Nice service, perfect condition bikes. This bike shop has put together tours which are available as a map or you can import them into gmaps. They also provide phone mounts for navigation. It just so much attention to detail. Recommend
