We had an amazing family week here. The hotel and pool slides were a wonderful touch for the kids. The activities were well thought out and carefully supervised. The hotel is beautiful and very much worth the visit.

This hotel was designed from the ground up with kids in mind! There are slides connecting every floor which led to hours of entertainment - such a simple yet effective idea that I’ve never seen anywhere else. The pools have 3 waterslides, the climbing area is large, the playground has trampolines, there are kids activities all day, not to mention being directly on the ski slope. Incredible experience - I hope my kids will still enjoy other hotels after this…

It was amazing staying at the resort .The kids had so much fun with the activities. I enjoyed all the daily activities for children, teens, and adults. It was an amazing vacation at this property.

Simply wonderful for kids! This is such a beautiful and well thought out hotel for children and parents! Great indoor and outdoor play areas where you can also have a drink from the all inclusive service and watch the kids play! Beautiful pool and indoor relax area where our baby could sleep and our 2 year old could relax! Wonderful dinners with a great wine list. Only downsides would be lack of air on in room, and would have liked more warm options for antipasti (sometimes it felt like the dishes should have been warm but were served cold) But there are just minor things….this is really one of the best hotels we have stayed in…family hotel or not. Thank you for everything familiamus!

A fantastic 5 star stay! We travelled from London (flew to Innsbruck) for a brilliant 4 night holiday. It’s an amazing hotel in a beautiful setting. Everything has been well thought through to make it family friendly- from the design of the bedrooms, mother and baby room, free use of buggy’s etc.
We made use of the great play areas, kids club, kids pools, adult spa, pilates class and bike hire. Food and wine were excellent too. Thanks to all the staff who were so friendly and professional. We’ll be back!

Amazing concept - not just for the little ones! Free EV charging station (at least 6 stalls), super attentive staff from housekeeping, waiters to front desk, remarkable clean in all areas, in-house kindergarten from 9am-9pm, complementary food & drinks throughout the day. Just some minor “ding and dent”; food was often cold (buffet and a-la-cart), dinner will not start before 6:30pm. An hours earlier would make a big difference to us. Other than that, clearly 5stars!

We had a fantastic trip and enjoyed the food, skiing, hotel facilities, and all of the extras that made this the most relaxing holiday ith children.
The staff are excellent and special thanks to all of the bar and restaurant team.

Excellent comfort, kind staff, stunning views over the valley and a lot of amenities and activities for the children. Don’t hesitate and book if you’re looking for a great family vacation!

The hotel is Compact. I do not like spending time in "holiday factories" so I appreciate the way it has been designed. The architecture of the entire complex refers to the traditional Tyrolian style of houses. The whole area inside and outside is beautifully decorated, which means that walks, especially in the evening, give a lot of relaxation.

Dining :
breakfast is served in the form of a Swedish buffet. I am delighted with the possibility of making fresh juice, ordering eggs in any form, a stand for pancakes and pancakes. They have delicious coffee in the morning plus the perfect selection of fresh bread and baguette :) there is nothing I can imagine having more diverse and complex for breakfast.

Afternoon snack; for all those who were going down the slope, around 4 pm there was a delicious snack in the form of soup and desserts. Selection of cakes, donuts, croissants gave incredible joy and energy before playing at the pool and spa. My #1 of the desserts was the “apfel strudel” which I can eat and again and again…

Dinner - The hotel offers different, five-meals Menu for the evening Dinner. Each evening, a different set of five dishes is selected. Besides that; salad bar, unlimited selection of desserts, fruits, cheese selection and wine snacks. Every day there is also a "Special of the day" such as tartare, fish, venison or others. In addition to the suggested menu consisting of five meals, there is also an alternative menu that gives you the opportunity to order any other dish according to your taste and desire. The restaurant offers a set of vegetarian dishes every evening. There is a lot to choose from - oh yes! Again, all the staff are deftly helping out with selection of dishes, desserts or wines. Special thanks to ANVAR who created one of the kind atmosphere at dinner time.

There is also ICE CREAM point which is serving delicious desserts. Our kids were so happy to have the opportunity enjoying it every evening.

The wide range of the wine list will be another "in-plus" for enthusiasts of a good bottle :) I strongly recommend to try all of the meat selection which is a definition of properly done BBQ.

The hotel has 4 swimming pools (Main pool, Baby/Enfant Pool, Splash pad, outside pool) plus the out door jacuzzi. There is an additional pool at the SPA (for Adults only). All surfaces are in very good technical condition, clean and maintained / looked after by the staff on a daily basis. There is also a snack bar serving drinks, fruits and healthy snacks !

Recreational spaces - There are several play areas around the hotel: sandpit, a football/basketball court, table tennis, a games room and a playground for children and finally, the Kids Club. The children can enjoy the attractions & animations from morning to evening, and their diversity meant that none of them got bored. The entire infrastructure is very well maintained and in very good condition. Hotel also offers evening entertainment with mini discos & shows.

The rooms are big. Beds - comfortable and wide. Daily room-service keeps them clean. The furniture is simple in form, but effective and thoughtfully solved, which means that you can easily accommodate even the most extensive wardrobe. The room has a terrace with a view for the slope, which once again gives a sense of uniqueness looking at the panorama of Alps. In the Rooms, of course, a mini bar, fast internet and TV with channels in most languages. Every guest has an access to the SKI locker, which are heated and making sure all your ski equipment can fit in. This is located right next to the underground garage which also has the electrical supply stations to plug Your car.

General atmosphere: The entire staff of the hotel is very nice and friendly and at the same time very professional. Each employee has the same ethos of behavior towards hotel guests that makes you feel at home. The feeling of peace, privacy and individual approach to us accompanied us throughout our stay.

Abbiamo scoperto questo posto facendo ricerche sul web e il materiale pubblicato aveva creato grandi aspettative che sono state tutte ampiamente confermate.
La location è meravigliosa e coniuga sapientemente il rispetto per l'ambiente con la necessità di offrire vari servizi ai propri ospiti.
Il personale è impeccabilmente professionale, premuroso e disponibile esprimendo profondamente e pienamente il concetto di accoglienza.
Il cibo è eccellente per qualità, varietà e presentazione.
Ritengo che alloggiare in questa struttura sia una vera e propria esperienza

Chef Naim esaudisce al Familiamus ogni esigenza, non ci sono limiti puoi chiedere e a tempo debito il tuo desiderio è realizzato da una cucina che lavora solo con il fresco e non conosce il sotto zero.

Il personale da 5 stelle ascolta ogni tua richiesta per rendere il tuo soggiorno indimenticabile: sentirsi a casa e l’obbiettivo pienamente raggiunto.

Pulizia impeccabile in ogni parte dell’ hotel e la sua posizione unica per clima permette escursioni con sentieri magici, magia del bosco a piedi o in e-bike offerta dall’hotel.

Programmi preziosi per bimbi felici e massaggi dedicati ai più piccini oltre che le aree relax per adulti.

Struttura bellissima, nuova, ottimamente gestita e tenuta. Estrema cortesia da parte di tutto il personale ed anche dell’assistenza ai bambini. Frequentato soprattutto da tedeschi almeno nel periodo del mio soggiorno. Cucina ottima forse più orientata al gusto tedesco che italiano. Da consigliare al 100%

Abbiamo trascorso insieme ai nostri bimbi una settimana all' Hotel Familiamus, ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Struttura pulitissima, personale attentissimo a qualsiasi nostro bisogno, ringraziamo Omer, il ragazzo che lavora in sala , disponibile e gentilissimo!!ovviamente ringraziamo anche tutto il Personale. Buffet sempre ricco pieno di cose squisite, la cena servita sempre molto varia e deliziosa. Il pomeriggio ci sono i dolci al buffet del Bar e la sera l' aperitivo, incantevole! Le stanze spaziose e pulite , la nostra affacciava sulle Piste. Curato nei minimi dettagli per i bambini, con svariate attività da svolgere, sia in famiglia che al kids club . Abbiamo avuto già esperienze in altri Familienhotel ma Familiamus ci è rimasto nel Cuore, sicuramente ritorneremo. Grazie

Die Lage ist perfekt.
Das Personal ist kompetent, freundlich und unglaublich bemüht.
Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet.
Der Pool, die Rutschen, die Spielplätze und die gesamte Anlage sind perfekt für die Kinder.
Die angebotenen Aktivitäten sind super organisiert und sind wirklich unterhaltsam.
Die Eigentümerin ist täglich anwesend und stellt persönlich sicher, dass alle Gäste eine wundervolle Zeit erleben.
Der Name „wir sind Familie“ ist mehr als zutreffend. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause!
Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Non è un hotel, è un'esperienza e quando dico esperienza lo dico nel vero significato del termine.
Dal check-in al check-out è tutto un prendersi cura del cliente affinchè viva al meglio la sua vacanza.
Le ragazze del check-in ti accolgono con un gran sorriso, genuino ti fanno sentire coccolato sin da subito e sin da subito ti lasci coccolare.
Le camere sempre al top della pulizia e dell'ordine, ringrazio le signore che ogni mattina ci pulivano e ordinavano le camere in maniera perfetta e maniacale.
La colazione, hai solo l'imbarazzo della scelta tra dolce salato cotto o crudo, frutta fresca yogurt, brioche c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta (sempre con il sorriso).
Il pranzo non è un pranzo frugale è un vero e proprio pranzo all'altezza di un 5 stelle con prlurime scelte di ogni delizie servite da una brigata di professionisti a cui va il mio/nostro ringraziamento
La cena, ogni sera sembra una cena di gala, al tavolo vieni coccolato e servito in ogni scelta, l'attenzione al dettaglio è maniacale ed il cibo ottimo.
Il servizio bar è qualcosa di strepitoso, ragazzi appasionati del loro lavoro che cercano di farti gustare a pieno ogni tipo di drink che ordini.
Le piscine sono uno spettacolo, divertimento puro, dove i bambini si perdono tra scivoli corse e tuffi. Piscine sempre pulite grazie ad uno staff impeccabile.
Gli impianti di sci sono qualcosa fuori dal comune, e i maestri sono uno spettacolo (ringrazio in particolare Stephan maestro dei nostri bimbi) hanno una pazienza enorme nell'insegnare ai frugoletti i fondamenti dello sci. Dopo 5 lezioni di sci da due ore e mezza l'una i bimbi scendono giu dalla pista che è una meraviglia.
Il noleggio sci aperto in determinate fasce orarie al cui interno c'è un ragazzo sempre sorridente che si prende cura di tutti ma in particolare dei cuccioli con una pazienza omerica.
Ah dimenticavo (mi stavo dimenticando di loro in quanto è come se non ci fossero:-) i bambini ho due gemelli per loro è stato il paradiso del divertimento e del gioco con delle educatrici che definirei serie competenti professionali ed entusiaste in tutto ciò che fanno.
Ogni singolo angolo della struttura è pensato per loro e per il loro divertimento e spensieratezza, loro sono al centro di tutto, loro sono l'anima dell'hotel e la vita dell'hotel studiato in maniera professionale oculata e sopratutto pensata da un team di esperti.
Vorrei fare un ringraziamento particolare a 2 professionisti dell'hotel Claudia della sala, una signora con un sorriso travolgente professionale e sopratutto che mette al centro del suo lavoro l'amore per questo, uso le sue parole "voglio che i miei clienti stiano bene in hotel che si sentano a loro agio e che non gli manchi nulla" grazie Claudia, l'altro è Roberto del bar un professionista serio empatico, mette in ciò che fa ogni giorno l'amore e sopratutto unisce la professionalità sempre al sorriso.
Grazie a tutto lo staff grazie di cuore per averci fatto capire che i sogni son desideri che se uno vuole si realizzano.

Ringrazio Familiamus il vero 5 stelle lusso che troviamo vicino Brunico nel Tirolo. Personale veramente preparato per adulti e piccini dove spicca, Peter per emozioni e spiritualità unica in SPA, Cristian in team con Francesca rappresentano l’accoglienza del vero welcone internazionale.
Cucina 5 stelle con alta qualità delle materie prime.
Pulizia e precisione maniacale ben seguita dalla proprietà in prima linea e soprattutto attrazioni avanti nel tempo dove i bimbi e ragazzi si divertono in totale sicurezza e tranquillità dei genitori.
Un posto del cuore.
Andateci anche per un solo giorno anche se piove è tutto in una cornice da sogno, perché la vita è breve e vista troppo trattarsi male.

Hotel realizzato un anno fa, con una concezione completamente dedicata al benessere di bambini e adulti. Posizione favolosa sulle piste da sci.
Le strutture dedicate ai bimbi (noi con un bimbo di 20 mesi) sono semplicemente perfette, dalla nursery alle aree gioco fino alla zona per scaldare pappe/latte aperta h24.
Personale molto cordiale in tutte le aree dell'hotel.
Sebbene quando abbiamo soggiornato l'hotel fosse pieno, non abbiamo mai avvertito alcun problema di affollamento.
Le camere sono perfette, pensate in ogni dettaglio per i bambini, cosi come l'organizzazione. Ci sono passeggini a disposizione.
La parte cibo è molto curata e sostanzialmente è possibile mangiare / bere in continuazione, anche troppo... :-)
Menzione speciale per piscine, SPA e i massaggi: oltre ad avere un Personale super per la parte massaggi, la scelta progettuale di posizionarli ai piani alti rende l'esperienza incantevole.

Anche la scelta della formula hotel la trovo molto adeguata al target 5 stelle (sostanzialmente all inclusive di alta qualità): gli extra sono sempre percepiti come 'giusti' e non hai mai la sensazione sgradevole di costi nascosti.
Alcune piccole migliorie:
1. Per la SPA/Massaggi andrebbero previsti dei percorsi nell'arco della settimana.
2. Sempre per i massaggi, la prenotazione a mio avviso è un po' farraginosa. Potrebbe essere semplificata.
3. Per quanto riguarda le camere, con i bimbi di uno / due anni, che tendono ad aprire tutti i cassetti, sarebbe utile avere i cassetti con le chiusure di sicurezza, e soprattutto l'armadio frigo.
Torneremo sicuramente!

Wir haben bereits unseren zweiten Urlaub dort verbracht und haben das dritte mal gebucht - wir sind verzaubert. :-)

Es ist ein Familienhotel der Extraklasse bei dem eine Familie ihr Herzblut Tag für Tag einbringt und alles mit großer Liebe gestaltet.

Man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Die Kinder (groß und klein) waren jeden Tag in Ihrem absoluten Glück. Wir Eltern natürlich auch.

Das Personal ist liebevoll und aufmerksam.
Das Essen und Trinken ist hervorragend.

Vielen Dank für die wundervolle Zeit an diesem magischen, kraftspendenen Ort.
