Good morning,

We were at the hotel in May 2024, we were grateful for the opportunity to be the first guests of this wonderful and inspiring place. We appreciate the team's reception. The rooms are beautiful, well equipped, all new and clean. I could take a very relaxing bath and enjoy an amazing view after almost 10 days walking through Italy. It really was a great goodbye present.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are a bit odd: they are very spacious and ours had a full kitchen, but we were unable to get the A/C to work. It was cool enough (but humid) in May, but I can imagine it would get very warm in the late summer. Great location, but I recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper—between the bells going off throughout the night, occasional local traffic below, and the thin doors connecting to other rooms, I would have struggled to sleep without them. Grazie!

Amadeus was beyond than helpful with a problem that we had with the car rental,anything he recommended where to eat and shop was great,just ask him!!!

We had a lovely time in Montepulciano! The room was new and super clean! The view was incredible and the owners very helpful and kind! Definitely recommend!

Traveled with a group of 17 people from the USA. Stayed here for one night. Rooms were wonderful! The owner was very accommodating, helpful, and knowledgable. He helped with reservations for dinner, wine tastings, places to see, etc. We are very grateful to him for making our stay in Montepulciano a wonderful one!!

The place is amazing, the owners, the hotel, the room.. everything was great! It is a must stay and must see! We only booked for one night, but the owner and the city made us feel so welcome we ended up staying an extra night. We wished we stayed longer. The owner and his wife and the bother were amazing, they were there for us and guided us where to go and what to do. This place is a must!! It is in a central place!
The place offers parking but it is better to park the car (if driving) and then go there. The owner is so nice that will guide you even before you arrive.

Stayed here last minute yesterday. So thankful for the kind owner and incredible value! We stayed in the 1br apartment. Fantastic views, and renovated nice interior. Loved it! (The apartment came with a parking spot only 25m away!)

The stay was lovely, our room had access to a little garden. It was very clean, and the host was very helpful and polite. Also, the room has a parking lot inside the ZTL, which makes it a lot easier to go by car.
I recommend it!!

Convenient! Comfortable! Affordable! And extremely friendly and helpful! A delightful headquarters to explore such a cute little town. I discovered it while spending an extra day traveling on business and cannot wait to return with my wife. The husband and wife proprietors could not have been more helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended.

Outstanding!
Located in the heart of Montepulciano, this family run place is truly amazing. Our room on the top floor was super clean, spacious, with access to the privat garden area on the rooftop (stunning view). The owner Ahmed and his wife were very friendly hosts, who helped us pick the perfect spot for dinner, picked us up from the car park (two minutes walking distance from the hotel) and always had a friendly and genuine smile on their face! Highly recommended and will be back!!

We had a great stay. Very central, very spacious room. Super clean and neat. Perfectly located in the city center, parking available around the corner which we were very happy about. Amadeo is a very kind and helpful man. His welcome was very pleasant and he helped us with all our questions. We would definitely come back!!

Pleasant host, nice rooms, excellent position, overall one of the best accommodation facilities in Montepulciano!

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - right in the middle of the historic center and yet it is very quiet. We stayed here twice and both rooms were well stocked and very clean. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Appartement in the center of this cosy town. The appartment exceeded our expectations by far, as we were only expecting a room in a bed and breakfast. However,we ended up in an entire new and clean appartment. Ahmed was extremely helpful and answered our request immediately (one hour before arriving). Also, parking was very convenient located ca. 150 m from the appartment.

The best place you can stay in Montepulciano! In the heart of the centre. Every restaurant is walking distance. Room is very clean and comfortable. Service is perfect. Especially the host was really helpful and friendly. You won’t find another place in Montepulciano with this kind of hospitality. 10 out of 10!

First of all the location of this b&b is perfect, in the middle of the center. I booked the wrong room but the owner changed it for us and even gave us a discount. He also helped us with driving the last part through the narrow streets of montepulciano. Where to park was a bit unclear, couldn’t find it in the reservation email. The room was everything you needed and was clean! This all made it a perfect stay!

Loved it, very nice host, location is wonderful, just stepped out and found everything around, nice shops, bars and wineries. The host gave us lot of good recommendations. Will be back soon.
