Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished and helpful personnel. The restaurant and bar are great.

hotel was lovely.It was near the Caserta palace as well as a load of restaurant options in case you didn't wish to dine at the hotel.
however it is right next to the road.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, on the occasion of a trade show. My stay was perfect: all the staff were very welcoming and attentive, my room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and as a bonus the swimming pool was very pleasant, even in October. The breakfast is of high quality and offers a wide choice.
I'd be delighted to return to this hotel, whether for business or pleasure, as the Naples area is well worth a visit.

We loved this hotel. It’s 10 stars ⭐! The location is indeed next to the road but you do y hear or see anything from the main building of the hotel. Also, in the pool (which is outside) you do not hear anything. The place is great, with firm beds and nice pillows. The bed sheets and towels were spotless. We took breakfast every day of our stay (5 days) and it was also great. There are 2 small restaurants nearby, in walk distance, 3-5 min. The dinner there are very affordable and good!

We've been coming back to this hotel for 6 years for our family vacation. The hospitality of the staff is a class of their own; especially our favourite waitress Veronica and waiter Luigi. The rooms are well equipped to satisfy our needs, the restaurant, the lobby, the pool and the recreational area all have a special atmosphere with superior design and quality.

If you are in town to visit the Reggia di Caserta, this is by far the best place to stay.
Perfectly placed, it is actually very quiet even though it is very close to the highway.
Rooms are nice, it has a pool and an amazing spa (really amazing)z restaurant is good. Service everywhere is very pleasant

Staff are excellent, most speak English, helpful and always about. Rooms are well appointed, only criticism is air con would not go below 24c, but room was well presented, firm bed, mini bar, room service, plenty of room. Hotel bar is well staffed and stocked. Hotel restaurant is very good, well priced, menu is very Italian with some really excellent dishes. Breakfast I'd continental buffet, with a good selection and coffee,juice, water.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The shower is small. Beautiful lobby area and the breakfast had plenty of options. The bar makes the best Hugo Spritz!

we stayed here twice, at the beginning and end of our trip. the hotel itself is gorgeous! both rooms were well decorated and comfortable.

Located on a main road but very quiet in the rooms. Impressive and large communal areas in a very Italian style. Friendly and efficient staff. Super comfortable beds and bedding.

Amazing hotel!
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The room literally felt and looked like a presidential suite and we had three balconies.

The hotel is in a great location, only a 5 minute drive to the city of Caserta and the palace. It is also only a 5-7 minute drive to the outlets and mall.

This hotel is at a great location for those wanting to stop on the way to/ from Rome/ Napoli or those wanting to explore the surrounding area (only a 25 minute drive to Eracleon Archaeological Park).

The breakfast at the hotel was good.

There is tons of parking and an underground parking garage.

We would definitely highly recommend this hotel.

The jacuzzi in the bathtub was a little iffy so we didn't use it and the toilet paper holder kept falling off of the wall.

Other than that, no complaints!

My experience was fantastic. The hotel accommodated my special food needs as much as they could. The reception staff is very nice especially miss viviainna who was very helpful

Nice hotel, clean rooms. Hallways were a bit dark and confusing, using stairs caused some confusion. Overall a great place to stay.

A much-loved favourite place to stay, with ample gated parking, super king-sized beds, sumptuous decor from a bygone era & plenty of breakfast options (inclusive) to satisfy. A touch of TLC to the worn bar stools & foyer armchairs would enhance the charm and ambiance. For those who like a selfie, a pose under the jasmine arch by the statue-adorned swimming pool is a must.

Lovely place , just to stay for couple of nights between business week. Great view of the hotel and lobby. Reception girls are friendly and helpful! Wonderful restaurant and delicious food ! Service was fantastic! I am happy to know about this place . Rooms must be renovated for sure ! Looks old fashioned and dusty floor !

Beautiful hotel. Very close to airport literally steps away. Great atmosphere too!

We were brought here for an evening meal by our Tour Operator after our flight home from Naples airport was delayed by 12 hours. With no advanced notice this hotel accommodated 150/200 people and fed us all a lovely meal. Very much appreciated and a high standard. Thank you.
