Casena Mongerrati

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Casena Mongerrati. The hotel is situated high in the hills with breathtaking views of mountains and countryside. The room we stayed in was large and spacious, with air-con, a mini fridge, large wardrobes, comfortable bed and a waterfall shower. Rosa and her team are very welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was most enjoyable. We enjoyed returning to the peaceful, quiet poolside in the afternoons after spending our mornings visiting the bustling towns and beaches of Cefalu and Palermo. Fantastic food in the hotel’s restaurant each night - the local meat and cheese board is delicious! We recommend a vehicle as the nearest village is a 10 min drive away, walking is not suitable. Cefalu was a 40 min drive away, and had lots to do, and beautiful beaches. Thank you for a delightful stay, and we hope to visit again one day.

FANTASTIC!! We had a good size room, with spectacular views. The room was very clean, actually the whole place was very clean. Nice size pool, our son loved it. Beautiful garden!! Staff / owners are very friendly. Good breakfast and great dinner. Enough parking space, safe behind a gate. Only thing we had is that the matrass of the bed was a little soft, but that's personal.

Beautiful place. Rooms are comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is refreshing. I can't wait to see how it progresses as they continue to develop the area. Lovely base to get out and explore the Madonie national park and surrounding areas. The food is good too! The coffee less so.

I would recommend, it's worth staying if you're looking for a peace kind of a place, very cool, calm and quiet. It's pool very beautiful but the water Is cold considering that it's situated around the Mountains , i enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

One of the best accommodations during our stay in Sicily! Brand new complex open since February 2018. Lot of attention to details in the decoration. Location is great for exploring the Madonie park but also Cefalù is nearby. Great value for money. Varied and extensive breakfast. Pool was a real treat during the hot summer days! Just one thing to improve: install more sunshades in the pool area for the pale skinned amongst us :-)

Spent 2 lovely days, cefalu and hiking pizzo carbonara. Very well and newly reonovated agriturismo in beautiful landscape.Rather luxurious rooms for agriturismo, very well equipped. Only Wifi ( for those who dont want to take advantage of digital detox) instable/weak. Lovely hosts took every effort. Great menu in the evening, solid breakfast. Pool seemd fine. Very relaxing. Prices for agriturismo elevated, but okay for good comfort. thank you

Really nice place, in the middle of the Madonie park. Own restaurant with small menu but delicious food. The people who served us and stood in the kitchen are amazing. What a lovely and service minded people. Rooms are nice and clean

Tranquil setting high up in Sicilian hillside, staff were really friendly, food delicious, serene pool area. Only wished we stayed longer. Exceeded expectations, thank you for hosting us

La location perfetta per passare delle giornate immersi nel relax del parco delle Madonie. A 45 minuti di strada da Cefalù e le spiagge di Mazzaforno e Sant'Ambrogio, è un posto scoperto per caso e che ha subito conquistato me e la mia compagna. Ottima la colazione, eleganti e pulite le camere, rilassante e confortevole la piscina e il suo spazio solarium. Lo consigliamo sempre a chiunque, per questo ho pensato adesso di lasciare una recensione su Google.

Un luogo meraviglioso gestito da persone gentili e professionali. Cibo ottimo. Consigliato per trascorrere una bella giornata di relax

Niché au cœur des montagnes de la Madonie, le lieu est empreint d'un charme authentique avec une vue époustouflante.

L'ensemble du domaine est parfaitement entretenu.
Les extérieurs sont fleuris.
Il y a même des chèvres ainsi que des chevaux, super pour les enfants ! Et il n'est pas rare de croiser des chevreuils sur le domaine.
Chambre confortable et d'une propreté irréprochable.
Grande piscine avec Jacuzzi, propre, nombreux transats et parasols.

L'équipe du domaine a été aux petits soins avec nous et notre fils de 2ans tout au long de notre séjour. Rosa, en particulier, a été d'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande disponibilité.
Merci à elle ainsi qu'à toute l'équipe !

Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit magique à tous ceux qui recherchent un havre de paix en pleine nature.

Petit déjeuner continental et Dîners bons, mais sans plus. Cela pourrait-être amélioré.

Heerlijk en goed verzorgd verblijf gehad hier. Met name de gastvrouw en andere collega’s maken het verblijf extra fijn! Echt een aanrader!

Posizione strategica per chi ama la natura e la tranquillità, location curata nei minimi dettagli e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Sono stata ospite per una laurea. Il buffet e' stato molto ricco e variegato, pietanze molto apprezzate e di qualità. L' ambiente è molto intimo e pulito.

Una struttura stupenda immersa nella pace delle Madonie, con accesso diretto in montagna. Ben curata, con piscina all'aperto (occhio alle temperature basse a quell'altitudine) e tavolo da biliardo in area relax oltre al bar e al ristorante (poche portate disponibili ma molto buone). All'interno della struttura ci sono anche cavalli e capre, una bella esperienza anche per i bambini. Le camere sono molto grandi (potrebbero essere un po' più illuminate) e dotate di tutti i confort. E la struttura è proprio a 4min da Collesano. Veramente super consigliata. Torneremo sicuramente.

Posto immerso nel verde.....camere pulite e curate nei minimi particolari,personale gentile e disponibile. Sabato mattina abbiamo avuto la possibilità di fare una bella passeggiata in mezzo al bosco e poi prima del pranzo abbiamo usufruito della bellissima piscina.
Vorrei fare solo una critica costruttiva.....se venisse fatta anche una Spa diventerebbe il top del top
