Exquisite dining experience in this michelin establishment. We took the territory menu paired with the best wines you can wish for. Only six tables in total means you get the best service and the staff is very professional and helpful ! I wish I could give more stars !

We had the pleasure of trying both the regular tasting menu and the vegetarian menu at Terramira, and both were truly amazing. This culinary delight at Terramira was a remarkable departure from our disappointing experience at another Michelin star restaurant in Florence. The friendly staff at Terramira played a significant role in making our trip memorable, ensuring that every aspect of our dining experience was impeccable.

The sommelier, who also happens to be one of the owners, deserves special mention for his expertise in wine pairings and recommendations. Their selections perfectly complemented the flavors of each dish, elevating our dining experience to new heights.

Without question, the finest display of culinary creativity & expertise I have had the pleasure to experience. When combined with impeccable service and outstanding wine pairings, I cannot imagine another restaurant displacing Terramira from the #1 spot on my personal list. I highly recommend that you call for a reservation if
you are going to be anywhere close to Capolona.

I would give the service 6 stars if I could. The food was creatively served and great flavors. I have been to a lot of Michelin star restaurant and would put this high on my list! Great overall experience.

We spent there wonderful evening thanks to perfectly prepared menu ennobled with wine pairing from Lorenzo. It was definitely the best dinner we ate during the whole stay in Italy and the best place to go on elegant date or to celebrate. Thank you!

This restaurant deserves Michelin star ratings. Service was amazing with great attention to detail, ambient and location were stunning. I chose the “from the sea” menu with fish dishes and I absolutely loved every single dish- beautiful presentation and super tasty food. My favorite was “Mesca francesca” pasta, zolfini beans with tomato, molluscs and crustaceans. Desserts were also amazing and delicious. Very special restaurant!

An utter delight with an incredible series of delicious culinary surprises. The surroundings are exquisite and each dish on the menu is an aesthetic experience.

Romantico e accogliente vista bellissima sul fiume Arno! Cena con 5 degustazioni e abbinato a ciascuna un calice di vino! Servizio veramente eccellente professionalità e cortesia top! Ovviamente come ristorante stellato il prezzo non è economico ma vale veramente la pena andarci!

Perfekt harmonisches Essen in wunderbarer Atmosphäre am Fluss

Wir hatten einen einzigartigen Besuch im Terramira. Das Restaurant ist mit hochwertiger Innenarchitektur eingerichtet, zeitgemäß, elegant und harmonisch zugleich.Damit korrespondiert die Atmosphäre hervorragend mit der Küche. Die Gänge der beiden Menüs (Tradition oder Innovation) können frei zusammen gestellt werden. Absolut verständlich, dass in diesem Fall an einem Tisch darum gebeten wird, dasselbe zu bestellen. Alle Gänge sind wunderbar harmonisch und von höchster Qualität und verdienen den Michelin-Stern auf einem selten erlebten, durchgängig hohen Niveau. Italienische Küche in Perfektion – wer noch nie Taube gegessen hat, macht im aktuellen Menu in perfekter Zubereitung wirklich eine Entdeckung!
Insbesondere das freundliche und sehr professionelle Personal machen den Abend zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis – an dieser Stelle danken wir noch einmal herzlich für den Ausflugstipp Pienza (das wäre uns sonst entgangen und war wirklich jede Reise wert)!

Siamo stati a mangiare in questo ristorante io e il mio fidanzato, un esperienza magnifica, a partire dal servizio che è impeccabile, il cibo davvero ottimo (una poesia) e il locale molto accogliente.. consiglio davvero almeno una volta di regalarsi una cena in questo ristorante. Il personale molto gentile e preparato, nonostante il ristorante sia molto ricercato cercano di farti sentire a tuo agio ed è una cosa che ho apprezzato molto, noi abbiamo lasciato a loro la scelta dei nostri piatti ed abbiamo fatto benissimo.. perché erano uno migliore dell altro!! Ottimo!

Ristorante dall’arredamento minimal molto curato e chic . Accoglienza e professionalità nel servizio da 10. L’offerta si sviluppa su tre menu degustazione o su un menu alla carta . Unico limite chiedono non troppe varianti di menu per tavolo. Questo stona un po’ con l’ambiente e la qualità del locale . ( A mio avviso ).
Tutti le portate sono ben presentate , tutti i singoli ingredienti sono ben distinguibili e si percepisce la qualità alta.

La carta dei vini e’ molto molto interessante e il personale e’ preparatissimo nel consigliarvi. E’ possibile anche l’abbinamento menu’ e calici di vino.
Bella atmosfera, servizio e cibo di altissima qualità . Consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente . Spesa oltre 100 a persona se si include il vino .

Più che andare al ristorante è stata una esperienza. Olfatto vista gusto, tutti sensi che durante la cena sono stati esaltati da quanto mangiato. Davvero un ottimo locale, cibo fantastico e personale super professionale e gentile. Buona anche la veduta dalle grandi finestre e la location, anche se auspico che il comune riesca a valorizzare meglio le sponde del fiume. Ad ogni modo consigliatissimo per una cena galante o un evento speciale.
