Il Casale San Vito

Probably the best location in San Vito. The place are simply spectacular and exactly as they show in pictures. Indeed the photos are not up to reality. Casale was magical. The view was absolutely incredible and totally surreal! On arrival, your are blown away by the breathtaking view, the beauty of the villa and its magical atmosphere.
However apart from the views (which cannot be beat) the house has all the practical things taken care of as well - nicely stocked refrigerator, all the right cooking utensils, big cups for our morning tea (we had trouble with small cups in the other apartments), power outlets at all the right places, very nice and pleasant interior decoration, great showers and bath products. I can go on as this is our fifth trip to Europe and close to our 20th apartment/house and it is clearly the best one from all aspects. We stayed six days and really only left the house for an extended time on one day sailing along the Zingaro Reserve. Although we had a good boat ride, we were so happy to come back to the house and on further reflection, we would have been fine staying that day in the house as well. Really cannot ask for more from any house in a busy tourist location like San Vito Lo Capo and I would wager that there is nothing even half as good in the whole town. We spent all our time lounging on the terrace, reading, eating and making some nice meals and it was the perfect ending to our vacation. A big thank you to Domenico and his family for making the stay so memorable.
Unforgettable place!!!! Do not miss it! My recommendation :)

A wonderful place to escape!
We could hardly believe our eyes when we arrived at the property, a sensational view over the ocean! It was amazing! A great base for exploring west sicily or enjoy a wonderful terrace over the sea. The only noise came from birds and the occasional helicopter. A place to rest and relax, little touches.. The gorgeous house was decorated beautifully with crisp white sheets and fluffy white towels, changed part-way through our stay. We were also supplied with beach towels and the bins were emptied every day. The house had ample room for our family of 5. The wi-fi was fast. Domenico and Mrs Carmen were super helpful, organising transfers for us and we can't thank the boys enough for carrying all our heavy bags in the hot sun! With a car, everything was very close and conveniently located. Would highly, highly recommend a stay here, and we are hoping to come back here one day!

Outstanding location with a really good price. The biggest advantage is outside swimming pool with a wonderful view. We spend there one night but definately it was a special time. Highly recommend 👌!

Abbiamo prenotato Il Casale per le foto affascinanti di questa struttura. Ma una volta arrivati questo angolo di paradiso ci ha conquistati!Villa meravigliosa,arredata con gusto e curata nei piccoli dettagli.10 e lode al giardino esterno ed alle terrazze da dove si può godere di un panorama mozzafiato! Abbiamo apprezzato anche l'ubicazione che permette di poter stare in perfetta tranquillità e allo stesso tempo comoda perché a soli 5 minuti da San Vito, Il Casale è immerso nel verde della natura e nel blu del mare. Molto bella l'area piscina con eleganti lettini. E poi on penso si possa valutare la struttura, la gentilezza, la competenza e l'accoglienza riservata al cliente in altro modo.

Die Bilder der Il Casale entsprechen vollkommen der Realität. Die Terrassen sind wunderbar und bieten einen tollen Blick auf Meer, Bergpanorama und Sternenhimmel. Man hat einerseits vollkommene Ruhe in dem Objekt, ist aber auch in wenigen Minuten am Strand oder in San Vito lo Capo. Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet - es fehlt an nichts. Selber kochen oder BBQ auf der Terrasse ist überhaupt kein Problem, zumal neben der Küchenausrüstung auch "basics" zum Kochen (Öl, Gewürze, Kräuter frisch aus dem sehr schön angelegten Garten...) vorhanden sind. Der Besitzer Domenico ist ein echt netter Kerl, der mit guten Tips zum Ausgehen, Essen oder Aktivitäten versorgt und fließend Englisch spricht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Volevo aspettare ancora qualche giorno di vacanza prima di fare la recensione ma c’è davvero poco da aggiungere e nulla per lamentarsi. Posto magico con una vista da togliere il fiato. Appartamento confortevole praticamente pari al nuovo. Accoglienza super dei proprietari, davvero non ho parole , ci hanno accolto come amici. La piscina il vero valore aggiunto. Non mancherà occasione per ritornare qui.

Posto incantevole, il casale è stupendo! Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli.

Luogo incantevole, immerso in una rigogliosa natura finemente curata. Da sottolineare la disponibilità di Domenico e la simpatia del suo staff. Grazie a voi tutti..vi porteremo con noi!

Ho trascorso tutto il mese di agosto in questo splendido casale. Appartamento molto funzionale, pulito con cucina nuova. Una vista spettacolare ed indimenticabile. Proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili.

Siamo clienti affezionati, il Casale è un posto unico immerso nella natura tipica del luogo. Adoriamo tornare ogni anno perché ci riposiamo dopo un lungo inverno in città. Consigliatissimo !

Номер "вживаний", але достойний. Басейн був не чищений(з листям) , але ж ми були в грудні)) і ми все таки в ньому купались=)).4++ ближче до 5!!
